It was sort of a fluke that I was routed to a screen that informed me someone from your company would be contacting me. I wasn't ready to be contacted - didn't have my questions lined up, wasn't sure of what questions I needed to ask and so on. But José Polanco was patient, good humored, listened, asked questions, let me ask questions, and was very thorough in explaining the various choices involved in the whole process. I am grateful!
