Marvin was EXCELLENT!!! COURTESY WAS PHENOMENAL!!!! He was very patient and understanding of all my family problems. When I asked him to call back at a later date, HE DID!!! And at each call I updated him on my family emergencies, and he was very understanding and caring and he still called back as I requested. This man deserves every reward you can offer him. He was very informational and explained everything in detail to where I could understand it. If I got confused again, he would take the time to change tactics to where I understood. He is also going to be helping my husband in the future. Don't lose him!!!
