After being turned down my several supplemental insurance companies, United Medicare Advisors keep working for me for several weeks and got me approved. Special thanks to their agent Martin Henn who never gave up.

Our advisor, Madeline Wittman, was outstanding in a number of ways. She was thoroughly knowledgeable and patient with our questions and with walking us through the process. Throughout the process we felt like Madeline was focused on finding the best solution for our individual needs, almost as if we were her only clients. And finally, Madeline was at the same time highly professional and warmly personable. It was a pleasure having her assist us through what might have been a daunting task without her expert guidance.

Matt took the time to let me know our call was not scam. Checked into options for me and followed through on my questions.

Walter was great in explaining all the ins and outs of Medicare and getting me started.

The only complaint I had was when the girl left a msg to call her back she said, benefits dept, and left no co name and I did not know what co. was calling me. that is my only complaint.

I signed up for Medicare with Justin Duvall. All went well with the sign up and Justin was very helpful. However, I received an e-mail shortly afterwards and the e-mail stated I signed up for Plan G when I signed up for plan N. The same e-mail stated the price I would pay and the price was for plan N. I called Justin on the same day, Friday the 21st of February and left him a voice mail, I also e-mailed him stating the issue. It is now Tuesday evening the 25th of February. I have yet to hear back from Justin either by e-mail or phone. When I was signing up with Justin he stated he didn't like people calling him multiple times to just leave him a voice mail and he assured he will call back. Well, now I understand why people call him multiple times.

The explanation of standardization and the various providers was very helpful. I also appreciated the way Zach presented the plan N potential savings over the plan . Going with the N allowed me to get health, dental, and critical care for less than The Plan G alone!! I had spoken with others agents for my spouse and did not receive the details and cost savings that I received here! Very pleased with the experience and the outcome!

David Defay was friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable and very patient! He gave me a few detailed plans and explained each one. After going over several plans I decided on a plan and changed the insurance company to a cheaper one. I want to thank Mr. Defay for his assistance, patience and being very caring. The people I work with were very helpful, patient, and supportive. They seem to have a very good understanding of the system. Medicare is unnecessarily complicated. We the laypeople are at the mercy of these advisors and the government. I know that I can’t trust the government, time will tell about the advice and services I purchased here. Overall the service I received was excellent.
