I ordered a new face plate for my radio. When it arrived it was even better quality than I was expecting. Fast shipping and great price too.

I got a bearcat 680 peaked and tune. Was told I would get around 25 pep. Well when I got it installed I only had a 2 watt dead key and had a shorter range than my cobra ultra III. So I sent it back and they told me at that time that a two watt dead key was the best I could get from this radio. So I remember seeing on YouTube the same radio at another CB shop putting out a 5 watt dead key and 30 watts pep. So Dan told me he would have it redone. So I get it back after the retune and still not right. Now Dan tells me I can't get my money back for the peak and tune only the radio cost. So Far I have purchase a watt meter to try and check there work. A 636l mic thinking it may because a oem cheap mic and the original cost of the radio. So I gave up and ordered one from the other CB company and waited to make my review about this problem until I got the new one in to make sure I could compare them. The cbradioplus bearcat680 got 1.6-2.0 miles and was real staticky after 1.5 miles. The bellcb bearcat 680 got me 4.2-5.1 miles and got staticky around 3.8-4.2 miles. Dead key on cbradioplus was 2.8 watts. Dead key on bellcb was 5.1 So in the end I didn't want anything more than my money back I understand that every shop is different and I am no expert!! But I made a purchase based on what Dan told me and In the end I was let down. So no I will not be using cbradioplus in the future

The only problem I have is there was a nasty scratch on the one side. On the chrome. Looks like maybe a screwdriver did it when they opened it up. Not sure don't think it came that way from the factory. Radio seems to be working OK. Could of done with out the scratch. On a 5 hundred dollar radio.

I was impressed that two days later when I called I was able to speak to someone right away and when I stated why I was calling they knew everything that had been sent via email, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things there was one thing that required a little time and they called me back in less than 30 minutes. I purchased a fires tick CB antenna when I had the SWR checked, I had to trim the wire, not a very easy way to do it. Eventually too much wire was removed which resulted in a less than optimal result. I serched for a 4 foot fire stick 2 on the web which directed me to several sites. I wanted a red one but I could only find a black one. Your site was the closest to NC so I chose CB radios Plus, and was leased with the price and speed of the delivery. I will shop there in the future.

iwas looking for a good 10 meter radio and i dident know who to talk to? then i saw thair add on internet and i called and started talking to dan the sales men,he was a great help, he anserd all my Questions, and i bought my first 10 meter radio and antenna new,i have never owened a new one i have always had ones so old that some of them did not work, again thanks cbradios plus ray carrick
