It is the best radio I have ever bought

3/5/2015 I have been sitting here for 5 hours waiting for an address to send you`re Texas StarDX667V 10 meter CW Transmitter back to you for repair.I not only paid500.00$ for unit that worked only two hours before burning up ,I have to pay shipping charges.

I was looking for a specific kind of device for my CB radio and found it here. The selection is really great; lots of "toys" for us boys! I found what I needed and ordered it on line. But,,,oops, I forgot an item after submitting my order and had to have this item. I called, yep, as in telephone, and left a message that I needed to add something to an already closed order. Within hours I had a call back and the additional item placed with the original order so I didn't get stuck with another shipping fee. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back!

The guys at cb radio plus take the time to explain everything. Also have fact based answer to any question you might have, on any product. Not opinion based like 99% of cb shops where everyone has a different way of doing something. I was very impressed with their service and will be making all of my cb purchases with them.

Had to call in an order for a Galaxy DX 94HP radio for use in a personal vehicle. The fella that took my order was very knowledgeable and accurate. The radio was shipped to one of their techs and then shipped to me very promptly. I installed the radio (along with some other hardware I ordered through them), fired it up and immediately was talking loud and clear. No issues. Excellent upgrade from my ageing Cobra WX NW ST.
