Great service, super, quick delivery.

Curtains and cushions are okay, was disappointed to note a lower price tag on cushions than I paid.Took a picture of invoice, sent it to company, with no response.Wasn't a lot of price difference, it's the principle.

Never received the samples I ordered

I ordered my two sets of curtains on line and the whole transaction was excellent. When my order arrived I was really pleased with the high quality of the workmanship. The curtains are now hanging and look beautiful. I also ordered matching cushions which, again, are of a very good quality.

Went into store not having a clue what I was doing but the staff were very helpful and clearly explained what measurements I needed to take before ordering my curtains. My curtains are beautiful and I don't think I could've got a better price online anywhere

My wife asked me to pick up some curtain blackout material as it was on sale @ £4/meter. The ladies in the store denied it was on sale and wanted to charge me full price, even trying to argue that it's cheaper online when the website CLEARLY states all over the front page that the sale prices are 'In-store and online' After a few minutes of their lame arguments, I walked away, and at that point, they started shouting after me 'we were going to give you the discount', which they clearly were not up to that point No thanks, I would rather pay more elsewhere than give my business to them after such treatment

I ordered a pair of blackout curtains for a bedroom. I contacted Paul from The Curtain Store at Home before ordering as I had a few questions about the ordering process. He responded quickly and explained everything very well. The curtains arrived within their timeframe window and they are lovely! Very high quality and measure the exact specifications. I'd definitely recommend. The price point was what attracted me to the company, and I had reservations that the quality would be impaired, but it definitely wasn't. Found this company online and decided to order as reviews were good and the material I wanted for my curtains was an excellent price. The order arrived within the timeframe stated on the website and although the box was damaged on arrival & duly noted by delivery driver the curtains were well protected by the care taken when packing. I was very impressed with the curtains, attention to detail very good and curtains just right and perfect to the size requested. Curtains are now hung and just what I wanted.
