Great service. Ordered some fabric to make a blind. Price was competitive and delivery charge much lower than most. Even though it was Christmas the order came quickly and the fabric was good quality

Really pleased with our experience, ordered an old design duvet cover from ted baker that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was slightly worried that the website wasn't legit however the item was shipped promptly and is the exact item I expected in perfect condition. Really happy with how quick the product came, I would definitely use this company again!

Finished curtains were absolutely beautiful. I did think though that after paying £800 for curtains there should not have been further charges to come and hang them. I paid less than this for an interior designer to recommend, make and hang the curtains. The finished item is exactly what I wanted though.

Good speed of service from the company - knocked one star of as they used Parcelforce for delivery when they were on strike which delayed delivery significantly - should have used alternate carriers

I ordered 5 samples, but only received 4 as the 5th was unavailable. As the samples are for curtains they are rather too small to get an accurate idea of the fabric. They took a week to arrive - though the delay was probably due to the Post Office strike. The samples weren't labelled in any way so I had to go back onto the website to identify them.

I bought 2 chairs covered in material by Emma Shipley. Ordering was straightforward. Because I was purchasing online I did call the store to speak to the person in charge of online sales with a couple of questions. Everybody was very polite, friendly and professional. Delivered was efficient. There was a fault with one of the chairs, however, after sending photos by email, it was decided very swiftly that another chair would be delivered and the other one taken away, which is going to happen on a set date in December.

I felt that I had paid way to much postage for a small package to come to Northern Ireland. It was delivered by Parcel Force I was charged £15 when actual cost is £8.95 apart from that pleased with purchase

We bought a pair of ready made curtains from the Blaydon store and had excellent service and advice from Jackie and Shiela in helping us plan and prepare for made to measure curtains for our bay windows - we’ve now booked in for bespoke measurements which is free once we complete our curtain purchase. I recently saw some curtains and bedspread on their website, however , I really like to actually see things before I buy them. So I called the store and spoke to Paul, to ask if this was something I could see in their showroom. Unfortunately, it was only through the supplier, but Paul assured me if I didnt like them for whatever reason, I could refund either in store or online. I spoke to Paul several times as initially the items were out of stock , I found him to be really helpful and approachable. Considering the items were coming direct from the supplier I was expecting a longer delivery time, but in real time it took around 5 days and I had my items. Fantastic customer service and would definitely use this company again and I am very happy with my purchase. Colour true to the image on the website I would love to have given 5 stars, the only thing that would have made this perfect would be to send tracking detaills once it was dispatched. I had no idea when this would arrive and luckily I was in when the very large box was delivered by the Royal Mail. Thanks Paul
