I love all my JJ Winks. I have several pieces and when the strap of my favorite nightgown broke I tried calling customer service and didn’t reach anyone and didn’t leave a message. I just thought there’s nothing really to be done so I ordered a replacement. They called me back and I explained what happened and they refunded my purchase. Now, aside from loving the fabric and fit, I am a customer because of the exceptional customer service. 💯 true and I never write reviews! Many thanks!!

Customer service is excellent! I entered the wrong delivery address, but jjwinks stayed right with me to correct what was my error. Plus, my daughter loves her birthday gift!

I love my pajamas but the top I purchase started to fall apart after a few months. JJ winks asked me to send a picture and after I did they Immediately shipped out a new one to replace it. Otherwise I’m very happy with their product and their customer service.

The promotional materials online let me to believe this is a high quality product. The garment was ok, although not as nice as it appeared. I was also surprised and disappointed with the packaging. A women's top at that price level deserves more than a plastic bag inside a flimsy plastic mailer that arrives looking like it was dragged behind the truck. So I don't feel inclined to shop at JJwinks in the future or recommend to my friends.

I absolutely LOVE these tops. Extremely well made. High quality fabric with great hand feel. I've washed them a few times and they still look new. (Compared to fast fashion brands that fall apart or look worn after just a few washes.) Having worked in the Fashion industry for 12 years I can tell the sourcing and production is top notch. Comfy. Great for layering. I'm a customer for life!!! Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE my JJ Winks! I look forward to getting home and getting into my winks! I love the material it is soft and not too warm for those of us who are not spring chickens anymore! The coverage and light hug make me feel like the girls are sexy but not too showy! I honestly have never paid this much for clothes to just relax in but it is well worth it. I am anxious to get my new fall colors. Do like I did start with just one set and then you will be hooked on winks!

I bought the same size/style of cloud nine legging. Quality of fabric is poor. It’s sheer and not uniform. Length of legging is far shorter and does not fit the same as multiple pair that I have purchased/still wear.

The material is very soft. Not thin and see through. I love my first order of 2 maxi gowns. Really easy to get in and adjustable. My husband likes the way they look. Waiting on my order of two tops with excitement. Enjoy that they are made in USA with such good quality workmanship. I am 5.7-36 dd, large fit well.

This is my third order and I love their tops. This time I purchased an addition top for my daughter-in-law as I want her to experience the comfort, style and quality. I love that the product is made here in the USA. I am also impressed with the product support. I had a bit of a glitch with the delivery (not the fault of JJwinks at all) and the response to my query was so fast. The problem self resolved but their willingness to go to whatever length to satisfy me as a customer was amazing. I will be trying their pants my next order. Thank you JJwinks.
