The package came in a timely fashion. The fabrics are nice and cool. I kept 2 pieces and returned 2... didn't love how the tank tops fit. My only issue with the purchase is the cost. The products are... nice... but I don't think the $80+ price tags are an accurate reflection of the tops and $120+ for the house dress. Customer Svc rep was helpful but was in a conversation when she picked up my line and they sounded like they were in someone's apartment. 4 stars to reflect inflated pricing.

I love my JJs and have been giving them as gifts because I want my friends to also be able to walk around their house super comfortably with no bra! I sent a gift to a girlfriend and after a week I checked on the status of the delivery and it seemed to be in nowhere land so I reached out to JJ and spoke to a wonderful associate there, Maudy, who looked into it to discover they had sent it out same day but UPS wasn't tracking it for some reason - it may be lost somewhere. Even though it wasn't their fault JJ offered to 2 day deliver the package in an attempt to get it to my friend by her birthday. Not sure it will make it but so thankful for her quick action!

I love my purchases from JJ Winks! The pants are silky, smooth and super comfortable, and the shirts have a built in bra. The colors are fabulous! I also ordered two open front cover ups and they are also awesome! The fabrics are easy to care for and maintain their shape and color. The service is fast and efficient! I'm so glad that I found JJ Winks!

The adjustable strap failed. The bra shelf tore. I made a sarcastic complaint. 4 months later, I reply and immediately get replacement top. Crazy beautiful, thats how its supposed to work. Love my other top, will order again...

*update* JJWinks quickly got back to me and this is their response: "We are so sorry to hear you have a fabric issue with your JJs. This is very disturbing as the quality of our products is of the most important thing to us. We will do our best to quickly replace this item at no charge or simply refund you. If you would like a replacement, we are happy to send a different color, just let us know." One can't argue with customer service like that! I have opted to get the same top in a different color. I love my slumber party tops, no question. They are comfy and flattering. The LS top I got is already beginning to pill which I don’t understand because I’m not sleeping in that one. I would not buy the long sleeve one again.

I adore my jjwinks clothes! I can walk around the house feeling sophisticatedly comfortable and, um, protected(?) Just enough delicate support for larger girls. (can I say that?) I thank you, and trust me my family thanks you.

This is the most comfortable nightgown. I love it and will be buying another color. It has a built in bra that has just the right support and the way the straps and sides are cut, it stays comfortable throughout the night. In addition to it being comfortable it is also so pretty!
