I paired the Full Moon top with the Happy Hour Pant and am quite satisfied. The "bra-free" top is true to the claim that the style camouflages everything for modesty. While I'm small busted, I still prefer to keep the girls secure, and this top works well. The scoop neckline is beautiful. The pants are very flattering, and most of all, comfortable. I am thrilled that they come in petite and fit my 5'1" frame perfectly! After spending that last two-ish years in t-shirts & sweatpants, I feel like an elegant, grown-up woman again!

Was disappointed when the color/size of what I wanted to order want available, but loved that they emailed me the minute it became available. The sweater weather long sleeves too is my most fave jammy ever!

Customer service stepped up when needed. Small, web-based companies have a lot to contend and compete with from shipping fees to return-shipping fees, labels, crossover of replacement & return items and larger companies who can absorb those expenses & risks pushing them further to the side of our virtual shopping cart until they’re back on the shelf. JJWinks was almost back on the shelf for me after paying $90 (on sale) for a nightgown that was too large. I also paid for expedited shipping - an additional $16. It still took a week to arrive - and using their sizing chart & listening to reviews to “drop down a size” I still ended up holding a lovely nightgown that was too large that I needed to exchange for the smallest size available. I quickly learned you cannot do exchanges. You have to return the item and wait for a refund - or return the item & pay another $90+shipping. At this point, I was also losing the sale price. I sent a message via email asking for assistance & initially was told they had no other way to assist me. I responded to tell them I would not be purchasing any replacement items or anything else from them in the future due to the cost & time prohibitive nature of a simple size exchange - and told them I understand the issue of going up against larger companies who have the ability to make online purchases more of a pleasure than a headache. This is when they stepped up. They honored my original sales pricing & mailed me an exchange while I mailed them my return. No more money exchange hands & they made it very simple for me. It did take two more tries on their end - as their fulfillment department sent me a completely different item on the first try, so the helpful lady I was working with immediately made it right & had them overnight me the correct item. Please understand, all small online shopping stores will have big issues from time to time. Those issues effect their bottom line much more than a mega company & the loss of customers is just one hit to that bottom line. I want to support shopping options away from the Amazons- but it takes patience (and extra money oftentimes) to help them take flight.

Product is amazing - shipping not so much. In this world of fast shipping, I didn't like waiting 1 week for the order to even be fulfilled, then another week+ for it to reach my door. I was hoping to receive it in time to figure out if I liked them or not, then ask for them as Christmas gifts if I liked them. Turns out I loved them, but they would never have arrived in time for the holiday. I ordered the full moon top and happy hour pant. I am a 36 D and ordered a small top. It is perfect, the shelf "hug" does not dig into my skin and the coverage is good enough that I would be comfortable wearing it with my daughter's boyfriend in the house. So love it! The pants I am between a small and Medium normally - I went with Medium and the fit is good. Definitely recommend the product.

I will start by saying I am in love with my items even though they aren’t “perfect” for my body type. However, they are the best and most comfortable clothes for what I’ve been looking for. Let’s start with the tops. Have 36 DDD’s, I figured no way these would fit me. Tops with built in bra shelves usually end up halfway across the ladies with areas sticking out the elastic bottom. (Sorry for the visual). However, I have a bit of a belly (5’5 170 with all that weight in the belly- again sorry for the visual). So I ordered the large. Plenty of room (almost too much!) in the chest area! This was a first! I would have liked that to have been a bit tighter for extra support. The belly area fit good (so I think it would be baggy on a thinner person), but the length was on the short side. Paired with the happy hour pants, I feel like I’m giving a backside show. So to summarize tops, a bit big in the chest, lacking length. The happy Hour pants and hot yoga pants both run large. I ordered larges due to the belly. They were very big… in waist and hips. Ordered mediums, not much smaller. But I kept them because I was waiting so long to wear the whole outfit, and I haven’t been a small in 20 years!! The maxi dress (large) also big in the chest (medium I believe would be too tight in the … you guessed it… belly). What do I absolutely love even though these aren’t 100% perfect fits??? The full length duster/robe/jacket!! It pulls it all together. This is a large, and the only item where the chest could be bigger. I’m not a huge writer of reviews. Rarely do I do this. But I APPRECIATE USA made clothes and smaller designers. The ideas are theories are all here… in a trendy and comfy line. I write this selfishly because maybe others find these issues and the company may expand with different sized shelves. I look forward to buying more of these clothes. Btw- I’ve washed (cold) and tumbled dried the dress and long robe about 3 times now. Seems to be good quality!!! My best, Susie in the big apple

I inadvertently put the wrong address on my order. It was a gift to be sent to my sister for Christmas but I forgot to change the address to hers. I messaged and the nice woman changed the address for me. I had also left a phone message for support so a rep also called me, checked to be sure the address had been corrected, which it had, and all was fine. Super support. These people really care about the products they sell and their customers. BTW, I have many of JJ's outfits, wraps, leggings, tops and long gowns and I lOVE them all.
