My boiler broke down last week and needed replacing. I was recommended 100% Gas by a work colleague. I am really pleased I followed their recommendation. Paul came out the same day and gave me good advice and a very reasonable quote for the work. Luke fitted the boiler and has done a brilliant job. He is incredibly professional and a really nice guy. The quality of his work is excellent and he even sorted an issue with the stopcock. He has taken lots of time to show me how everything works on the new boiler. My house is nice and toasty again. Luke was very tidy and cleaned up everything before leaving. If you need work on your boiler or need a new one fitting then in my opinion you can't do better than use 100% Gas.

Friendly and efficient service

Paul installed the previous boiler. Nothing lasts forever. New boiler fitted by his son Luke. I demolished the airing cupboard and emptied the bedroom for ease of access. Old hot cylinder tank and associated pipework removed and loft tank emptied and isolated by Paul. (I've removed the tank and supporting frame.). Pipework rerouted. All tested. Instructed on use. All waste removed. All 'complete' in a day and a half. So far all fine. Suspect I'll be getting them back (to fit me new radiators).

100%gas turned up at short notice when they were very busy in the recent cold snap. Paul got our boiler going within half an hour by a work-around. A new part was identified and ordered which is to be fitted soon.
