From initially requesting availability the process of booking an engineer is easy & friendly. Rough attendance times given then engineer arrived ‘exactly’ on time. Nice guy, very thorough, happy to explain what was going on and to give advice on products and systems for the future. All told, a well oiled service for an extremely fair price. Would highly recommend.

Not a straight forward job but options all fully explained . They arrived as planned were tidy, courteous and thorough explaining things throughout their time with us.
