Meticulous expertise, speed, and superior customer service - a critical combination when you need it most, and exactly what My Poupette provided. I knew better, but in the moment bought a too-good-to-be-true, pre-owned "authentic" designer bag. I had three days to accept the purchase once it arrived (on a Friday), and I really had to KNOW it was authentic - 'pretty sure' just isn't good enough. Turns out, authenticating a bag is hard work for the uninitiated - which I found out after maaaaany hours trying to educate myself online. Eventually a panicked google search for "online Gucci authentication service works on weekend" led me to My Poupette. Their process was straightforward and simple, with a timeframe of 12 hours to completion. In the end our expert confirmed our suspicion: if it looks to good to be true, it probably is - and in this case, definitely fake. Having that expert opinion gave me confidence to contest the purchase and I just recently received my refund. Just wish I had started with My Poupette - instead of just finished. Thank you!

I used My Poupette for authentication of two watches: Omega & Breitling. Both turned out to be counterfeit.
