The PINTA probe on my Prusa MK2 broke recently. This printer required V1 probe which is no longer shipped by Prusa. I was able to find and order the part at Partsbuilt 3D which arrived promptly. The probe works fine. I also had a problem with the z-axis stepper motor for which I ordered a replacement from Partsbuilt 3D. I won’t hesitate to return to this company for my future needs.

Excellent customer service. They have been great to work with and I will always check with them first if I need any 3D printed related parts or supplies. Their shipping charges are a little high and add cost to the order but well worth it for such good service. I have ordered twice from them and both times my items arrived packaged better then expected or needed and included extras not on my order. They appreciate me a customer no matter the size of the order.

Jonah was excellent it helped me find parts for my flash forge creator Pro. They are my go to for anything 3-D printing related. I really like working with Partsbuilt. They ship fast and have many Prusa parts in stock that would be very expensive to buy directly from Prusa due to the overseas shipping.
