Partsbuilt 3D is my first choice when I need parts for my ROBO 3D Printer. For an on-line enterprise they have very personable and friendly service.

Hannah and Jonah run an excellent store. They carry some difficult to find parts for my Flashforge Guider 2 and they have very reasonable pricing. Honestly just a fantastic company to work with. They have the 3D printer parts and accessories I can't find anywhere else, prices are fair, shipping is quick, and Jonah and Hannah provide excellent customer service. I'm usually a hardcore Amazon shopper with trust issues for any other site, but I will be ordering many of my 3D printer items with PartsBuilt in the future.

They had exactly what I wanted and plenty of it, so no long wait times for a restock. Shipped (if I remember correctly) the same day! Part arrived well packaged and with a hand written thank you note and some candies. That note and candies are why I’m gonna be buying from them again.

Ordered twice from partsbuilt.com. Cheap and prompt shipping. Prices comparable to what is on Amazon, but you get more personal customer service. And you get jelly beans!

To my surprise, I received an email informing me that they credited $2 back to my card. They accidentally overcharged me on shipping. Honestly, I never would have known. I call that credit INTEGRITY. The part I ordered worked just like it was supposed to. I highly recommend these guys.
