My bathroom never was that clean, and it wasn't even half as awkward as I thought it would be! The cleaner was right on time and left also right on time, and I was able to do so many things in the meantime. A was worried to leave her alone, but even my cat was accepting of her, so that settled it :) Will be leaving for the whole time next time.

Jakiś żart. Pani sprzątająca zostawia brudne mieszkanie a customer service się ze mną wykłóca że mycie naczyń jest wliczone w cenę. A mycie podłóg i blatów w kuchni jest? Czy przesunięcie kosza na pranie jest już tak strasznie męczące że pani po prostu mopuje dookoła? Nie polecam i nie wracam.

No one showed up and got a text message that the order was completed and to rate the order. Worst start to any service. This was my first order and I planned my whole day accordingly. Now I can't get in touch with anyone as it is Sunday and Customer Service is offline. I have wasted my day off on an unreliable service. Edit: I was told there was a technical error and I was offered 1 free service. The person who came really did a good job. I am happy with the service that was provided.

I used cleaning service for furniture and very satisfied with the result. Clean, no mess, no smell, quick. Also online planner is convenient

They were almost 90 minutes late because of some technical issues with their van. After they "finished" cleaning they attempted to hand me over incomplete work and when I asked about it, they said that they couldn't reach on top of the furniture and under the ceilings because they had nothing to stand on (even though, apartment was empty). Cleaning services usually have their own ladder but not this service. I brought car wheels home so they could stand on them and reach top of the furniture and vents under the ceilings, so they could clean the lamps and curtain rods. If I didn't happen to have these wheels they couldn't even finish the work. While they were finishing what they missed I was looking around and found a lot more incomplete work, the towel radiator was still dirty, tops of the doors were dusty even though they could reach them standing on the floor. One balcony door frame was opened and clean but another one was not even opened and the frame underneath it was dirty. The windowsills were dirty. I asked them to clean the stuff that they missed and they did, which is good. They also cleaned the floor again after my wheels which is good. The dishwasher is only partially clean. Not all kitchen furniture is cleaned. The oven is not completely cleaned and they said that their cleaning solutions cannot clean everything. The limescale could not be removed because their solutions could also not handle it. This is a complete waste of money. I'm not blaming the cleaners. It's the company that doesn't give them proper equipment and training.
