I had an easy time personalizing the labels I needed. Labels were mailed in a timely manner and arrived when promised.

I'm not a fan of the shipping cost manipulation. $15 for a USPS Express shipment is more than the retail price, let alone what a business could contract for. Waiving this fee on orders over $65 in not friendly, it's blatantly manipulative.

I love Mabel’s Labels. I have been ordering from them for about 10 years. Ordering is easy, pricing is competitive (sometimes a little lower), and the quality of the label is fantastic!

I had a good experience ordering labels online and look forward to receiving my orders! The only advice I would give is if the ordering process online would be a little less confusing. For example, upon starting an order the website automatically defaulted to a "Canada" tab instead of "USA" so I went through the whole order then at the end to pay it was incorrect, so I had to start the order all over again and it was a hassle. Other than that I like the product and packages online and can't wait to receive my orders!

Website needs some work. Check out and personalizing was smooth but looking through the menu options is tricky. You would normally be able to select an option from the drop down menu but instead the screen just jumps back to the main page of your website. Tried on iPad computer and phone and all were the same.

The ordering process was very easy, looking forward to receiving our stickers!
