I’m a repeat customer and have been happy with the products however my last order was painful to make. When checking out I selected the “PayPal checkout” but it wouldn’t allow me to submit the order. Chatted with an online customer service rep and she said that doesn’t work and I need to try again a different way. Finally got it to go through but it’s never been so difficult and frustrating to give a company money before.

I have not received my order yet so can't comment on that. But I do not like having "international" charges to my credit card pop up after my order.

Print quality is great. They have stuck so well to daily washed bottles, and survived the wash on clothing tags as well. Love the colors I picked (pink and light green, and pink and navy). Cute fonts, great sizes. So happy!!

Ordering was easy. The ability to see what your product will look like as you make your choices (font, names, color/design) gives you confidence you'll get exactly what you want. The labels are great and hold up well over time.
