The wheel spacers I ordered fit the front and not the rear. And the holes for the existing studs were not true.

I tried several times to correct a mistake I made on my order but was unsuccessful. No one ever answers the phone there. My mistake cost me an extra $30 which could have been resolved easily. They are just hard to get in touch with once you make an order

I ordered 2” spacers for my 2004 ford excursion the front two fit but not the back set. I spoke to a gentleman from Titan and recommend taking the tire axle off see if it would fit then but did not work. I emailed the company about a refund I was emailed back that I would get my refund when they receive the part so I’m assuming the shipping is on me I’m just waiting for a reply.

Wheel spacers were shipped same day i ordered them. Arrived quickly and package withpadding to protect spacers during shipment. Easy instal and makes my lifted 2500hd look amazing. No cutting of the studs to fit rims. Perfect matchup and I can appreciate them being painted black to hide the fact there is a spacer. Thanks
