This was my first time ordering any accessories for my wheels being a set of 4 spacers and through Titan I had zero problems at all. Shipping was incredibly fast and items were packaged where nothing could get hurt by a disgruntled shipping employee. Will definitely be ordering through Titan again for my next vehicle.

Super friendly and helpfull customer service. Product was shipped promptly, and arrived in town, but unfourtiantly the post service had an issue finding the right address, so they sent the package back to Titan. However, i was quickly in contact with Titan and they corrected the shipping address error even though it was not their fault at all. Sent my identical item promptly and product came well packaged. Excelent price and service. Would definatly buy from them again and highly recommond to friends.

i give you a 3 due to the fact that their is no direction on installing them you have to remember that it is the first time for some customers giving them a little advise as to cleaning the wheel hubs and anti seize for corrosion and torque specs would be helpful and how they should feel when they are installed and what sings to look for when installed properly and improperly i am sorry but that is what i expected when i open the box and all i found was four spacer wrapped i plastic and not even a invoice that made me fill like if they did not work good luck on a return i am not mad just sad it was no info on the product not even a business card or sales paper
