Really happy I asked for a refund for my phone fixing kit since I managed to get it fixed and in a matter of 15 minutes the money was back into my account they even covered delivery fees couldn't be happier!

Absolute horrible service, I haven’t received my order even after paying for express delivery. Customer service is F****** S***, they don’t know how to respond back to a email. Utter utter garbage, just give me my money back you scammers

Ordered p30 lite screen was too small they send another screen out to replace also too small door Phone . Got offered £8 refund when paid £18 so I’m £10 down amd still with a broken phone

This is my first time ordering from the site, paid for a next day delivery and it’s been 3 days without my order. To make things worse, they have a terrible customer service. They don’t respond to emails and WhatsApp messages. I’ll wait till end of today and if i still don’t get my order, I’ll request for a refund and not shop from them anymore

I was looking to replace my phone screen for a while. Shops wanted £120.00 to replace it. I looked up online and found it on their website for £70.00 and a quick YouTube tutorial and I was on my way. I messed up my delivery address and emailed them to rectify it. They promptly responded and corrected the address. Very fast delivery. The product is also perfect and the tool kit came with it!!

First time buying from them my delivery got lost and they not doing nothing about it

Ordered a battery by mistake obviously my fault, send an email about a refund and they got back to me within 5mins and this is at 1:10 haha got my refund will definitely buy more stuff they will be seeing me alot👍 recommended

Everything was bright and clear on the site, my phone screen came promptly,very nice and secure packaged and the product and extras i.e tools etc that came with were all of the highest quality,which made install much easier! Plus ammended and add to my order for b7000 glue,was no problem and arrived early next day :)

Screen arrived late and with the screwdrivers missing for the phones internal screws.

Have used this website many times and has always been great in the past, not sure what’s happened recently but the speed of the delivery if awful. Paid for 24hr and took 5 days to arrive. Ordered another screen a 8 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. Not sure if this is down to Royal Mail issue or the company but think I need to find somewhere else to order my screens from now on

ATROCIOUS I’ve been waiting two weeks for a screen which i was promised in 3 to 4 working days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. i’ve asked for a refund yet no instead of a refund they asked me to go to my local post office which i did and the emailed them back waiting days and still no reply about my refund .

Very poor quality replacement iPhone screens. I bought an XS screen - faulty manufacture. LL Trader offered a partial refund rather than round-trip testing and postage. Just going on the good reviews they receive, I bought 2 more iPhone X screens. One failed while fitting; the second worked but has cracked internally after a very minor drop (with screen protector), now completely dead. *** Update after LLTrader reply **** I've purchased 3 screens, every single one has been faulty or broken so easily it's ridiculous. The refund process was a painful bargaining process first time; I have not bothered for the 2nd two.

Order was prompt and as expected, resulted in successful repair. One of the screwdrivers in the repair kit seemed of poor quality, which did cause some difficulty but the kit was otherwise good.

I have still a problem with a iphone 8 display: LL trade team proposed a partial refund and a deliver of a new display after a good review. I accepted. Then I discover that I could only make a normal refund by amazon, no other option by LL trade.

Failed to deliver nearly a month later still nothing and they do nothing to help
