Still awaiting a email response on goods not arrived from this company . They seem to take your cash then have issues responding to you? . Interesting info however that the company LL Trader was dissolved last year however continues to trade ? Also they have a few companies in Surrey and Swansea etc . Seems to be owned by Chinese Nationals ? . I would be interested in why they have not refunded me yet ? I have paid for tracked 48.on Royal Mail however nothing delivered and asked for a signature as neighbours saying not posted to them . Refund wanted now . Not a replacement. Come on LL Trader step up !

No idea what the item is like as never turned up. Emails sent many times asking for a refund, they just reply telling you to wait 30 business days, and this is when I paid extra for express delivery in 1-2 days. Seller meant to be in the U. K. But its obviously in China as emails at 4am. Absolute con of a company, had to open a paypal case to try and get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Company has now responded with yet more lies, all they do is practice the 3 Ds, Deny, Deflect and Delay. This company is based in China NOT U. K., tracking numbers don't work, emails receive a standard response of wait and see, offer to refund a portion of postage but only if you close the PayPal case first, which isn't going to happen as they lie through their teeth. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CON MEN!!!!

I intially ordered a new screen for my phone and istalled it correctly, then after functioning for a few days it suddenly stopped working, when I asked for a replacement they said it was a problem of me installing it incorrectly and offered me to give me £20 instead, firstly when I asked for information about how I installed it incorrectly I was blanked, secondly this clearly shows how the company does not want to pay up the full amount as even though they believe it was my fault, they are willing to pay half the price of the screen to me as compensation suggesting they know it is their fault. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a iPhone 11 screen replacement but the screen does not work and I try to contact them for a refund and not getting anything back!

Wanted to return an item that I had incorrectly ordered... emailed them twice over a period of a week. Nothing. WhatsApp'd them. Finally got a response 16 hours later. Was told I probably should just sell the screen online.
