We very much enjoyed the Reading of The Will zoom murder mystery with three actors. We arranged this for my husband’s birthday which enabled his family from around the UK to take part. Thank you James and the other actors for providing a well organised, memorable and fun evening which is highly recommended.

Such a good night. Made a welcome change from our quiz night. Everyone really enjoyed the evening and our detective was brilliant! We all had very imaginative theories - some very close to solving the murder mystery and others way off! But a great evening had by all and we will definitely be doing it again - thank you!

Great fun and easy to organise

This was our first experience of a virtual Murder Mystery, we tried the Reading of the Will with a single actor, and we all loved it. James was brilliant, it was very fluid, ran perfectly and it was great fun. If you are thinking about trying this, then just do it, you won't regret it, it lasts about an hour and is great value for money. We're already planning our next session and considering trying multiple actors based on how good James was. :-)

Organised a virtual murder mystery for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it! I'm in the good books today and even got breakfast in bed... Yeah that good! As the weather was looking bad during lock down I contacted James at short notice and he was very helpful. Having seen some of these at near ten times the price I didn't know what to expect, we were not disappointed! We had 'The Reading of the Will' with one actor. It was challenging and very good fun, really good script and sometimes we wondered how the investigator came out with such witty and in depth responses off the cuff. Properly good and immersive acting. James is a genius!

Fabulous night last night for the virtual murder mystery. Was such a laugh and the actors were amazing. The fact that you don’t have to act made it so much better. Definitely one to try and we will do again

Virtual murder mystery was a proper laugh. Really well performed, everyone had such a good time and was a really good alternative to the usual lock down quiz. Will definitely be doing this again with the other scripts.

We have done 2 different virtual Murder Mysteries with friends and family and we thoroughly enjoyed both! All very well organised and great fun. Will be booking more!

A fantastic way to spend a night in lock down! Very professional and engaging even for a crowd of 20 people. A great change to a virtual pub quiz. Would definitely recommend!

Great fun experience. James and his team are super flexible with timings, places, number of people... was very well organised and everyone had fun.

We had a wonderful evening with James and the team. The team of actors put on a magnificent 007 themed show for us throughout our 3 course meal. It commenced with the ‘opening scene’ which took place during our pre-dinner drinks, followed by numerous clues being dispersed and the actors mingling with the dinner guests whilst enjoying their meals. At the end of dinner, the actors completed their final scene before all guessed who we suspected was the guilty party. Our engagement with the team was professional and friendly from the offset and I would highly recommend them for an evening’s entertainment!

I wanted to do something fun for my husband’s 40th Birthday, and this was just brilliant! We did the “out and about” murder mystery, and there were about 30 of us. Most people were not from our city so it gave everyone a tour of where we live whilst having to interview suspects, gather clues and stage photographs. It was really good fun and everyone seemed to love it. I would highly recommend James and his team! Thank you

Heathfield House recommended Organise Events as the right people for a murder mystery evening. Their track record gave us the confidence to book them and we were not disappointed. We chose a 20’s theme and all our guests dressed accordingly. The five players from Organise Events had an excellent script but were just as good at ad lib! Our group of 23 thought the evening had been set alight by their performances. Many thanks.

We really enjoyed the treasure hunt James ran for our team of around 40 people as part of a corporate team building event in the Cotswolds. The hunt was tailored to our requirements, created especially for us leaving from and returning to our hotel, exploring around the local area, to be competitive between the number of small teams we requested, for the time (3 hours) we requested, and involving a range of activities (items to scavenge, questions to find the answers to, and photos to take). It was easy to arrange with James and Emma, James was there in plenty of time to discuss how to lead the briefing and debriefing and run the event, and the photos were shared with us after the event to look back on. Thanks very much for a fun morning!

James really was brilliant. In role as detective at our James Bond murder mystery and out of role as organiser. He performed with 2 other characters at a special birthday dinner party back in January. He was inclusive, light hearted and very respectful. I'd love to go to another event he organises and would unreservedly recommend him. Thank you so much. You helped create a great memory.

I hired James Coates for my wife's 60th Birthday,we invited 20 people James was very easy to deal with,his script was perfect for the people taking part after I e-mailed him snippets about the people taking part.He handles the whole evening superbly well considering the amount of alcohol being consumed.He obviously puts great thought into the evening before he arrives.Every guest we had couldn't find enough superlatives after James had left.James thank You for making the evening so memorable.We are already thinking of an excuse just to have another murder mystery with you.

A brilliant, very entertaining night. All of my colleagues had an excellent time and have not stopped thanking us for organising it. James provided a very well thought out cast list in good time and organised everyone well on the night, dealing with a number of hecklers very competently! Would definitely recommend to others.

I organised the murder mystery dinner as a corporate event. I sourced the venue and contacted Emma at Organise Events to sort out the best theme for us. I went with the Little House of Horrors with a 1920s feel as it gave guests the opportunity of really getting into the spirit of the event without too much fuss. The cast turned up at the venue on time and were absolutely perfect and stayed in character all evening. Everything was pitched perfectly. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Organise Events to anyone looking to organise this type of event.
