Order sat for days without being shipped and the response was that it was Canada Post’s fault. I realize Canada Post is slow and unresponsive during Covid, but a notification that a delay had been caused would have kept me as a customer, but after only two orders I’ve moved on.

I had a package arrive and upon opening it, I was excited to see all my different flavours of epods. But then I see my epen kit was not sealed and the charger was missing, so I went and plugged it into one of my other plugs but it wouldn’t charge and the epen didn’t turn on. So I was left with an epen that I couldn’t use. When I emailed to let them know, they emailed me back telling me to send them a picture of the product and the invoice I had. Which I did, but then haven’t heard anything back. I tried emailing a few more times to get this resolved. But still have had no response. What a waste of time and money.

Customer service is good and shipping was efficient only issue I have is there never seems to be any stock available of what I want.

The company and service was great but the VLEAF GO I purchased was a piece of junk and currently resides at the bottom of Skaha Lake.....in fact that's the only thing it did well was sink......

During lock down, I missed being able to go to the store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. But since I knew what I wanted, ordering online was also a really great experience. I quite like the email notifications on products. Food for thought on alternatives to try.

Worst delivery system of any vape shop I’ve used even with the virus there competitors do a much better and faster job
