Really liked the easy online order process. Would prefer if standard shipping was an option instead of expedited @$10 which didn’t arrive for 10 days. Prices are a bit high not sure if I’d order again $45 for 60ml is pricey. If shipping was less or included in the price I’d give them 5 stars because the product was great

Unpredictable delivery with swift not great customer service

Good product, good price, would rather they use a courier company than Canada Post as delivery was delayed almost 2 weeks, but overall thanks for the order, on my way to quiting smoking!!

Shipped promptly, but due to Canada Post's struggles to deal with COVID 19 package took over a month to get from Ontario to BC. Very happy with the vape, the PAX 2.

Never received the product

I love the flavours and deals offered, but had a big problem with delivery. This order took a month to arrive, where the previous order only took one week. I live in Ontario, so it should have arrived sooner than a month. Enough venting, I love the selection !!

Customer service is amazing very educated and nice people.

180 Smoke was awesome, my order was processed and shipped very quickly. Only reason I am not giving a 5 star is the shipping took just over 2 weeks but that isn’t technically their fault. Product was great and all that was ordered was there, I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Good products is the only place where i can find the brand that i like, sadly the 180 smoke store on my town colose recently, luckily im still have the option to ordered online.

I ordered a Smok Nord 2 from this site, and I was overall pleased with the service until I realized that my mod doesn't function properly. The LED screen doesn't turn on, and the lock/unlock button pattern doesn't work and is inconsistent. The mod still fires, so I've been using it until I get the chance to send it back to Smok to hopefully get it repaired or replaced, but this is a major inconvenience as I will be without a mod during the time I send it out for replacement, and who knows how long that will take.
