On their website though, a little more information regarding what products are compatible with others products and more detail on product ingredients, would be helpful. Otherwise great company to buy from.

Canada | 10 October 2020It said on the order that it would be in discrete packaging under a different name, but it said 180 smoke on the package. They asked for both my phone numbers but called my house phone to say they were five minutes away and we had to come down. Beyond this being super last minute and was at like 9pm, I was not home and my mother answered the phone. She was super concerned saying “u have a package from 180 smoke do I go down? Is it safe?”. Luckily she’s relatively chill so she went down. When she went down, they asked for her ID but she explained she was my mom and how I wasn’t impressed about the lack of discreteness calling the house phone to say 180 smoke is here come down and the packaging, and warning only when they had got there. He then asked to take a photo of her hands carrying the package to prove she got the order and it wasn’t taken by delivery people. How does that prove anything? The delivery person could have taken a photo of anyone’s hands, and then if I said I didn’t get my package they could be like oh look I have a photo of their hands. That process literally doesn’t make sense and it just made my mom (and would have made me) feel very uncomfortable. You should instead send a message afterward asking us to confirm we got the order. And what would have happened if I wasn’t there? Would they have left and I not got my package? If they had discrete packaging could they not leave it at the desk? Just seemed very weird to me. More notice would be nice and ya the process was a little off putting.
