Sent my trousers back in the same return with both return numbers on the slip inside and only received the refund for one item, emailed to raise the matter and heard nothing back. Sizing for clothing is very unrealistic

Ordered a suit, came the next day but didn't fit so i sent it back. Called up and spoke with the lads & they sorted it and sent another out after refunding the first one. 10/10 service & the suits are spot on!

Took a while to turn up, they now place tags round the front buttons which if you detached (to try it on) you now can’t return it. Loved the suits but terrible implementation on something that is important for the customer. Making sure the blazer fits. Now I’m stuck with something that doesn’t fit. Bad ownership,
