Dan was excellent in getting me my suit exchanged in time for the wedding. His assistance in getting me my correct size and the speed of the delivery of my suit was amazing. I highly recommend.

Purchased 2 of the same suit but only received one in the parcel. Had to ring up and email to chase up the second suit and find out why it wasn’t sent out. When I called in and explained the situation, the guy who answered literally responded with, “let me get you through to someone who can help”. This is after I’ve explained I’ve purchased 2 suits for £300 but only received one. Not a single apology from the member of staff. However, the staff member who he put me through to, was more understanding and actually apologised and fixed the issue. Got another suit sent out the following day. The 3pc suit overall is decent quality, especially the trousers. They are very nice, but I wouldn’t say this suit really reflects the price of £150. You can get a cheaper suit from like Next that would be a similar quality. Kind of disappointed with not receiving a hanger either with the suit though. I mean, it would have been a nice touch. Not just a suit rolled up in a suit bag without a hanger. Also £6.50 for delivery is ridiculous. No incentive for spend x amount and receive free delivery.

I’ve had a couple of suits from pal joey now and they are exceptional!. Look the part and you’ll never see anybody wearing the same suit! I won’t buy another suit elsewhere.

The size I ordered was too small. When returning my suit I was surprised how fast the replacement suit came. Fantastic service, well done. The website clearly advises moving up a size when ordering but I'd possibly suggest 2 sizes. On the day of my order I bought another suit from my local town where all the sizes of that one were a size up from regular size. The Pal Joey I ordered was the same size as the suit I bought locally but I required a size up from that size to fit. Quality of the suit etc really good.

We visited the store last year to view the suits in preparation for our wedding suits. Purchased a suit for a wedding in October last year, perfect fit, loads of compliments & very comfortable to wear. Ordered and arrived next day delivery. Ordered a range of suits in all sizes on multiple orders for our wedding party this time as we are not local and the pal joey team have been more than accommodating, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Quick responding to emails. Called me directly if any issues with stock or my orders. Suits are now sorted and the men are kitted out and nearly ready for our wedding in May. The suits are fantastic quality and fit, just remember to size up in the pants. Highly recommend!
