I recently visted Dr Nylas Medispa Clinic in Alderly edge and on first approach I was greeted by a young lady on reception who was absolouty fantastic with me! I have never been to a clinic as busy as this one before, which gave me a great feeling straight away. I had a consultation with Dr Nyla to discuss botox as i had never had any before. Nyla discussed what my main concerns were and what I'd like to change about my face and she was really honest with how little I needed! I was adamant I needed more! Nyla assured me that a little bit goes along way, so I have trusted her expertise and I have booked my first appointment for botox next month! Overall a very happy client. Met the lovely doctor Nyla yesterday and have to say this new clinic really is a superb place with loads of parking ! yesterday i went for my consultation regarding chin fat reduction athough I did have to wait 8 weeks to get in The staff are so friendly and so willing to assist you its a lovely place ! I am going to return in 4 weeks to have some treatments and I will return to review those treatments but so far so good 😊

I’ve recently had such a lovely experience with Doctor Nyla, she was so caring and understanding. I visited Dr Nyla at Medispa along with my friend who had a bad experience with another cosmetic company leaving her with potential scaring to the facial area. Dr Nyla instantly made us feel so welcome and was so knowledgable about the correct treatment my friend should receive moving forward. She offers amazing courses, I am currently currently having cool sculpting done and can already see such a change. I can’t recommend her enough! The new Alderley Edge clinic is absolutely beautiful!

As a guy I was a bit nervous coming to Dr Nyla, the place was rather overwhelming and so busy that I felt lost - however the staff were so polite and friendly and when I met Dr Nyla she was fantastic. Can’t give enough praise, felt so comfortable and bottom line is the results were amazing . First time I have done this and now can’t keep away as I look and feel fantastic. Highly recommend her.

When I arrived the staff could not do more for me the clinic it's self is stunning and had such a welcoming feel. Doctor Nyla was so reassuring about any questions I had and took plenty of time to explain things to me. She was so kind to me even buying me lunch whilst I was there she was really down to earth and I really enjoyed her company. My treatment was filler and looks amazing honestly Doctor Nyla knows her stuff its not surprising that shes the uks most leading cosmetic doctor. 12 years ago I had cleft palate surgery to try correct a defect I was born with . This surgery unfortunately left me with a scar and a very uneven lip . I have been to see 4/5 cosmetic doctors in london and in cheshire but I haven’t been impressed with either the results or the bedside manner of some of these doctors. Some were really casual some had no empathy and the couple that did a treatment did so little I could see no difference ! I saw Dr Nyla on a bbc1 documentary . I felt her pain as she talked about the death of her sister and I felt this lady really expressed so much compassion although I was wary as she was almost to nice to be true. I made an appointment the day after the documentary aired and got to see her 8 weeks later . I was disappointed at the wait but I was not prepared to see any of her nurses who I could have seen earlier. The day I saw her I was literally mesmerised by her beautiful face. She is the way a cosmetic person in this industry should look. This gave me even more confidence as she obviously knows what she is doing. The team spent 30 mins with me discussing my history on an iPad and confirming all my details. It was very discreet . I appreciated the confidentiality they demonstrated as I have in the past been scared my photos and handwritten notes could get lost as I had experience of this problem 7 years ago . Dr Nyla herself reiterated all the details and spent much of the consultation time holding my hand as tears streamed down my face as she really understood my pain and the effect this botched surgery had on my self confidence. She treated me with the m22 laser which I have had 3 sessions of and has done 2 lip filers . I have written this review as I cannot believe how improved my appearance is. I don’t wear concealer to cover my scar any longer and my lip is full and symmetrical. I loved the laser treatment , the therapists are highly skilled professionals who take pride in their treatments. I genuinely believe Dr Nyla who charged me nothing for my treatment is one of the kindest and most humane individuals I have ever come across. I wish she had been my doctor when I first started this journey to improve my scar as I feel I would have regained my youth ! I heard about the fire at your practice and it made me write this review as i hope you build an even bigger and better practice. The doctors and nurses and therapists at this practice deserve a huge recommendation as they are simply brilliant at their work but mostly as real people. Thankyou

Firstly, I would like to say Doctor Nyla Raja is the most kindest person you will ever meet. It was my first time visiting Medispa, I was very nervous, but She greeted me with a professional attitude and explained all that was needed for my treatment. It was my first time doing Ultrasound and I am so proud of the outcome I definitely would recommend her clinic to all! There was a clear engagement on what exactly to do and where to go for the exact treatment. Their were no false promises! I have been coming to dr Nyla for almost a year now, I first came when I was 43, actually on my birthday! I just wanted to look and feel better about myself for a birthday present to myself, I wanted to invest in my skin and after doing intensive research I soon realised that Dr Nyla is the best in the industry. I naturally booked an appointment, I have to say that’s dr Nyla is incredibly special and she just makes you feel understood as a woman and she is so gentle and kind and feels like your friend.
