I’ve recently visited medispa cheshire being cautious with everything going on but I’m so glad I went. Everyone was so professional and I felt so safe. The clinic was spotless and I went straight in for my consultation. I had a skin consultation with Gina and she was amazing, I came away with a skincare plan and the products I needed to get the results I want! I’ve booked in for my first facial which I’m really looking forward to. My skin will hopefully be wedding ready for my big day! Thankyou to everyone at the medispa xx

Came to the clinic on Tuesday to see Nurse Jo and I had my lips done. Absolutely great service and it was such a lovely time. The receptionist was very chatty to me which was great as it really put me at ease. Will definitely be coming back for a top-up in a few months.

Just to say that the both the medical and personal treatment that I have received from Medi Spa Alderley Edge has been outstanding. I really wasn't sure what to expect at first since I am neither a celebrity or multi-millionaire and have spent many years caring for a Mother whom I dearly loved who was epileptic and badly disabled in her elderly years so I been brought up caring for others and putting their needs before my own. However I was greeted by Doctor Nyla with a kind smile and after speaking to her I realised that it is OK to care for myself as well and that she is a doctor with a heart. All of her staff are professional, kind and courteous and help to make you feel at ease. The treatments are affordable and payments can be spread out if a number of treatments are required. Doctor Nyla and her staff in my opinion are amazing. Janie B

After leaving a previous review I was invited back to the clinic to have another consultation with Dr Nyla and have a treatment after the consultation. After discussing my concerns with Dr Nyla she then examined my skin thoroughly. She was very knowledgable and sympathetic regarding my skin condition. She then took a considerable amount of time to discuss the treatment options available to me. I attended the consultation with my Mum and we were both extremely impressed with the excellent customer service and the professionalism of Dr Nyla and the team. The clinic is a credit to Dr Nyla and we were made to feel very welcome and at ease. My treatment was carried out by Julia, who was very experienced, and again professional. She was so lovely with me and I'm hoping to have further treatments with her. It was just an amazing experience! Thank you.

I came to see Dr. Nyla due to a problem with my previous treatment with another Aesthetic practitioner. I needed to have Hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler and was in a bad way. Dr. Nyla did everything she could to help me and sent me to one of her associates to assist me further all without charging. I have since been back to the Medispa and been re treated with genuine professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for all you help!

I went to Dr Nyla’s today for skin tightening on my face and honestly had the best experience! I was greeted super professionally and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The receptionist explained the new clinic procedures which was so organised and then I was taken up to the consultation room by another friendly member of staff. I met Dr Nyla and she listened to what I wanted to achieve and also showed me examples of her work in a professional and relaxed way and therefore I knew I wanted to go ahead with the treatment. I went to the treatment room and was greeted by Nadia. She made me feel so relaxed and explained each step of the treatment and went above and beyond by asking me what I wanted to achieve with my treatment in such a natural way; it felt like it was my 3rd/4th session as I was super relaxed. Just from one session my skin looked so much more better and especially around my eye area. She also explained afterwards what I should be doing to get the best results as well! I’m so excited to complete the skin tightening treatment and hope I get Nadia each time! Very professional experience x

I have been emailed on 2 occasions now to update my review and leave further feedback. Deborah @ doctornyla - I can assure you that I did visit the clinic on July 7th 2020, at 11.30am at the Medispa Cheshire. I also emailed you on the email address given on the 6th August to confirm this but have had no response. I understand the clinic has a vast amount of positive reviews but I was personally extremely disappointed with my experience hence my review below. I recently went to Dr Nyla's clinic for laser treatment for facial pigmentation. On arrival the receptionist was polite, attentive and handled the COVID-19 checking in process very well. However, from there on I have nothing positive to say about this clinic and my consultation with Dr Nyla. I left this clinic so frustrated and disappointed that I feel the need to voice my opinion through this review. Dr Nyla greeted me in one of the consultation rooms and I told her about my skin concerns and what treatment I wanted. Firstly, Dr Nyla never examined my skin or even came close, she was sat on the other side of the room throughout the entire 5-minute consultation. Secondly, the amount of times that I was asked 'what's your concern is it the money' I found extremely unprofessional and out rightly rude. This was supposed to be a consultation and I felt extremely pressured to commit there and then to a treatment – which in my case was £1500 for 3 laser treatments which personally is quite a big decision. Thirdly I counted 4 times Dr Nyla was checking her phone in the 5-minute consultation whilst I was talking which again, I find very unprofessional. After all of this Dr Nyla advised that I should do a course of facials (£1500) to begin before any laser treatments and that this would have the same effect as the laser – I was not convinced and didn’t feel like she listened to my concerns and goals. As a result of my consultation I knew that this was not the clinic to get the treatment I wanted but still I felt pressured to do something, especially when the aesthetician came into the consultation room to take me to a treatment room. In the end I agreed to try 1 of the facial treatments which lasted about 20 mins and cost £350. Dr Nyla said that she would come and see me during the treatment to review my skin…she never came. After the treatment I was taken to the main reception to pay and review some skin care products. To my surprise Dr Nyla was taking payments on the reception – no mention about not seeing me in the treatment room. She asked if I wanted to book the laser (which I already knew I was not going to) and was told that there was a £300 deposit. I declined and her response was well actually you do not have to pay the deposit – very confusing? My payment for the facial could not be taken quicker. Without going into any more detail, I think this clinic is over-priced and money driven. I am sure if I had a celebrity status it would be a different matter.

Dr Nyla’s clinic is fabulous. I’ve had my first 3 of 6 BLT treatment’s with skin care practitioner Nadia and she’s fantastic, really friendly and obviously very experienced in her field. It’s been a very relaxing experience and I feel better about my skin already. Dr Nyla listened properly to my issues and what I hoped to achieve and has given me excellent advice, putting right mistakes made at a previous clinic. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I’ve received here.

So happy I found Dr Nyla clinic. Had treatments before for acne scarring that never worked but halfway through my treatment with this clinic have seen improvements. I always ask for Julia, she’s amazing. Can’t wait to see finished results.

*update* It has now been months since my treatment and unfortunately, I've not seen the desired results. For £3000 on a combined ultracel (lower face) and BTL (whole face 6 sessions), I was hoping for something a little less subtle. update* I have now had my consultation with Dr Nyla who was incredibly informative and keen to ensure I had the best experience possible. I have only given my experience 4 stars as I'm yet to see the results of the treatments I have had. update* Dr Nyla called the following day and was incredibly apologetic about the confusion and has since booked in another consultation before I begin my BTL treatment. Following a telephone consultation with Dr N, I booked in a face-to-face consultation at the Harley Street clinic with the intention of going ahead with the treatment immediately after. Following mix ups - messages confirming my appointment at the incorrect time and clinic - I arrived to be informed that Dr N wasnt actually there at all. Not a great first impression as a new client as I was expecting my treatment to be carried out by her. Luckily, the therapist - Maya - was lovely and I decided to go ahead with the treatment anyway. Will update review later with further experiences as I've signed up for Ultracel for the lower face and a 6 week course of BTL treatments.

Hadn't heard of Dr Nyla until I came across their page on Instagram and was amazed at some of the before and after pictures I saw. I decided to message them directly and got a response in minutes which I was very impressed by. I booked in for a consultation and saw Dr Nyla who advised that I had naturally full lips and only needed a bit of filler to give them more of a balanced look. I haven't been this happy with my lips and would 100% recommend.
