Although a professional and clinical environment is exactly what you want when trusting someone with any type of cosmetic treatment, don't be put off in thinking the clinic is cold and uninviting. The staff are always friendly and the entrance welcoming, but today stood out more than any other. When I checked in for my appointment (and whilst talking with Stephanie), I mentioned I was under the weather and without any thought, she offered me a hot lemon drink and sat me down in the waiting area, where it was warm and festive (with the Christmas tree decorated to perfection). Whilst waiting to be seen, I could have snuggled down on their sofa, with the tv on and my hot drink and dozed! Thank you for once again for being friendly and making my appointment a relaxing experience!

I have been a regular with Dr Nyla over the last six months and I have been impressed with not only the work she has done but the kindness of this lady. I have witnessed her make people feel at ease and in particular a woman who had the most horrific experience with another clinic. The clinic is clean, the girls are lovely and Dr Nyla knows exactly what she is doing. I would not now trust anyone else with my treatments for two reasons a. I have had so many compliments but b. I witnessed the poor lady that came in broken hearted when clearly someone inexperienced had been let lose on her! I am telling you ladies book into see Nyla, you may have to wait when they are busy but trust me I would rather wait knowing I am having to best treatment/advice.

Booked in for a consultation with Dr Nyla, felt anxious as I did not feel I deserved to be in such a fabulous clinic with the most friendliest , professional and knowledgeable skin specialists . Dr Nyla focussed on my concerns and goals, she set my expectations! This is a critical role your dermatologist will take as we cannot expect micacles Girls! I was so clear of what I could expect, the treatment plan was explained in detail and I began my transformation. My treatment consisted of Exlilis Elite BTL for my eye region... We are 3 out of 6 treatments in and I already feel and look so refreshed and brighter. The treatment will reach its best result in 12 weeks, so I am excited to continue to see the results. Dr Nyla continues to assess my progress and is an absolute perfectionist, she adjusts my treatment plan to ensure I get the best result. HAPPY.... Oh Yes! WOULD RECOMMEND...Oh Yes! Just read the previous review about Medispa, Dr Nyla, and her team - can this really be the same place I'm at, and have visited several times over the last year or so? I've rarely encountered such professionalism, delivered with a good dollop of genuine friendliness. The treatments I've had have been done so well that I have been prepared to travel a fair distance to see Nyla and her excellent team. And judging by the other clients I've seen in the waiting area, none of them have anything approaching a trout pout or other unnatural results, almost all of them appear to be repeat visitors, and we are all treated as if we are old friends. Coffee is available on demand, and the reception area has never looked anything other than pristine. Please, folks, don't take the dismissive review as the definitive one - it couldn't be further from the truth.

Having just enjoyed the best treatment ever, I felt compelled to write a review, from the warm welcome on entering Medispa from the excellent reception staff who made me feel so at ease and ensured my every need was catered for, the professionalism and care from was second to none, tailoring the treatment to my needs perfectly. I was made to feel extremely special and comfortable, so much so, I've already booked in for my next treatment and am so looking forward to some more 'me' time. I really love going to the medispa it's very inviting and the staff are fantastic, I found my treatment to be excellent and everything I expected happened . I would strongly encourage anyone wanting a treatment who is nervous to see nurse Isabel or the doctors at the clinic

I have 3 children under 5, and recently have felt my face isn't as fresh as it used to be. I was a couture fashion model in my 20's and have always been used to receiving compliments but lately all I get is i look tired! Finally after lots of research and loads of speaking to my friends and family the same name " Dr Nyla " was branded around and I have been to see her. I must say the clinic is absolutely immaculate. So clean and so medical. I felt really safe. They have this wonderful check in system which is quick and easy. The reception ladies were delightful and one even helped my change my daughters nappy ! I saw both the nurse Isabel and dr nyla. I can't express how cared for and how affectionate these ladies are. Dr Nyla understood. She was so attentive and so considered. I did not feel under any pressure to buy and nor was I sold to. Quite on the contrary she asked me to return after I had considered the 3 option she and Isabel offered. I decided to have a treatment called ultherapy . It's only been 6 weeks and I just feel the ultherapy has made such a vast improvement . My lids are lifted my skin is tight and lifted , my jawline is definitely more defined. I just feel like my old self again. I have even been more sociable and going out with the school mums since. I really just express my extreme gratitude and I don't often do reviews but I felt I must let people know how great this place is.

I travelled from kent and from the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by receptionist who was so lovely to talk to who put my mind at ease straight away, filled in a simple form and the I met Dr Nyla, wow what a beautiful lady and such a lovely way about her, we discussed what was going to happen and I trusted her straight away, the procedures was so quick and I had build myself up that they was going to hurt but they didnt I was so surprised and the results was so natural, I'm so so pleased and so excited to put make up on and get ready for my wedding, I will return to Dr Nyla and will recommend my friends and family, such lovely staff and I was amazed by Dr Nyla so beautiful and lovely I felt like id met a celebrity myself! I went to another injector before Dr Nyla who I saw on Instagram. The other injector gave me botched Botox (a lump in my forehead above my eyebrows) and unnatural looking lips, all just before my wedding. I was panicking about what to do and decided to go to Dr Nyla to have this corrected; I trusted as a doctor she was best qualified to help me. Thankfully she managed to correct the previous work that had been done and made me feel confident on my wedding day. I have been going to Dr Nyla ever since and wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin-she's the best in the business!
