Paid 1800 for 4 exilis session in Mayfair clinic. The clinic is stunning and all the staff are lovely. The results were very subtle and if I had the chance again I wouldn’t bother again as it’s so expensive for minimal results. I would have preferred to be treated by the same lady for all my treatments, as I noticed a vast difference in skill and results between staff.

I recently had a phenomenal result from undergoing a transformation non surgical facelift, which I consider to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. As a man, I was reluctant to opt for invasive procedures such as Botox and Fillers but still desired a refreshed appearance. I went for my second ultracel q+ session and the envy facial! I’ve been here before as Dr Nyla has been recommended so many times and i’ve seen her on TV before. I believe it was Karolina i had today. She was absolutely amazing and she explained everything in depth and we were also able to have a really nice chat which made it go so smoothly and quick. I did find the ultracel a little uncomfortable in some areas but Karolina was so nice and offered to stop when i asked. Your staff are always so kind and understanding, i really like the atmosphere and the clinic is so lovely. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I would recommend dr nylas clinic! Constantly excellent customer service and everyone there always makes sure you’re feeling comfortable which makes me feel as though i’m in safe hands! I don’t trust anyone else with my skin! Visited the clinic and was consulted by Dr Debby and her assistant Roxanne., invested £1500 and 3 months later I can honestly verify it was the best money I have ever spent on myself . I must say I had best experience at dr Nyla Medispa. I been taking laser resurfacing treatment here and was 6 sessions, from that 4 sessions done by Emma and she is best with her job, she did well with my face, she kept a track of my skin, how strong it can take on each session. Based on how my skin react to the strength of laser resurfacing, and gave the treatment accordingly. Not only that she listen to my requirements and treatment the area the most extra care needed. I wasn’t satisfied with the other 2 sessions don't by someone else and I was well annoyed but Emma balanced it out and my skin feel great and amazing and I definitely recommend this place as we can trust with our skin and most of the staff with great hospitality. Results: noticed skin tightness, brightened skin, less acne, no visibility of fine lines and skin looks ways younger.

I have been coming to medispa for nearly 4 years. Initially I had the transformation facelift and it was honestly as the name says transformational . I look the best I had ever looked but last year I tried a place closer to my house. Honestly they ruined my face. I was absolutely gutted because dr nyla and dr Vadim had spent years making me look amazing and I was devastated trying to save me a bit of time and to be honest a lot cheaper going to the clinic in my area . I came back to medispa this year I explained what had happened and i have to be honest the staff were so understanding. I was not judged for trying cheaper but instead the doctors fully took me under their wing and within 3 months I look the same way before the local clinic ruined the hard work medispa had spent years creating . My message to anyone wanting a natural and affordable treatment that makes you look refreshed when your 50 plus and not stupid or trying to be 20 is wear cheap underwear but don’t go cheap on your face .. it’s too important. The doctors & nurses at Medispa are literally experts in what they do . They care and are compassionate. They do not judge and try their best to make changes which you can continually tweak, but will never make you feel like you’re trying to be someone else. Honestly they made me feel the best I’ve ever felt because I’m actually embracing the true me. That is priceless .

I went for the ultracel face and neck treatment after seeing it on a friend and I am so glad I did! Dr Vadim was amazing, the clinic was just fab and the ladies there were so professional and helpful. They saw I was nervous and offered me reassurance and were very professional. Such a thorough clinic, they took their time and made sure it was an ee. An experience rather than just a treatment. I genuinely felt like I was in a spa because it was such a calming experience. I can already see the difference in my neck, it’s already starting to tighten and there’s a glow on my face which everyone is commenting on. I’ve already booked myself a top for a few months time.

I have had an excellent Journey with medispa especially with Doctor Fab. He is really, really fantastic and fab as the name suggests. In fact, to be honest, all the staff are really lovely, especially Eve. She is caring and considerate and always arranges my appointment so punctually. I have had the best result ever and want to share my experience regarding the transformation facelift procedure which Dr Fab with Dr Nyla . They are both the most knowledgeable doctors and really have the best bedside manners . My result is just terrific Honestly it’s phenomenal . I literally look 10 years younger in 6 weeks . It’s all non invasive with no fillers necessary & best thing is my husband, simply thinks I look like I did when I was 30, even though I’m nearly 50! It had taken me a nearly a year to write this review. Mainly because I wanted to see if I would heal and I own a business and understand what a bad review can do. The final straw was today from her staff accusing me of lying. My first issue with DR Nyla was this below email( I am copying from my email dated March 24 2022 as I can not submit pictures) I met you once in the initial consult, which was ambushed and I felt very pressured to pay you more than what I was prepared to pay because you were overselling me when all I initially wanted was fillers which had worked for me in the past with my previous doctor in LA. you informed me that wouldn't work and I ended up spending 6k in one day. I never got to see my before and after pictures but both me and my friend who also attended and had treatments feel we both had the same experience with you. (end of email) The worst part is, DR Nyla didn't tell you in the initial consult that she wouldn't be doing the treatments, and I was palmed off to an inexperienced staff who complained about her work and told me the treatments don't really work. Her name was Karen. To be fair because I have a large social media following, after I complained I was offered a year full treatments which I did not abuse. My friend however was offered nothing. All I wanted after all the failed treatments was natural lip filler. DR Nyla as me to sign a letter taking back what I said about Karen and wanted me to keep quiet. I saw no reason to damage her business so I signed the pre-written letter. I then wanted lip filler and again she passed me off to Dr. Advim. The first time I worked with him it went well. Some months later I went for a second time as it was time. This time My lip looked funny and had a massive dent in it. I had never had this before and messaged him, sent pictures, he tried dissolving it but that didn't work, then told me to leave it and let time work. I was then ignored by him and DR Nyla. Its now 20 Nov 2023 and I still have a massive dent in my lip. I can take photos or shoot videos with my face full frontal and I am an artist, this has impacted me greatly....I tried to get an app for DR Nylas to see this, I was ignored and it took weeks to get a response, then I was told I could see her next year. I then sent pictures to show how serious this is, only to be told I must have had this before and that I am attacking her. I can prove every single thing I say here. I kept every text and documented everything. I even took a photo of the letter she asked me to sign. I gave her a chance to see my face and advise how she could fix it...Look, all I wanted what what I paid for, for a doctor I saw advertised on TV to give me treatments, what I got, was other staff and a disfigurement for life. I am considering legal action. Please be careful. Both my and my friend had this experience and I'm not lying. All she cares about is money and reviews, why else ask me to sign paperwork that she had pre-written? Why not fix the mistake her staff have done to me? I know have to seek a new doctor to undo the damage, if it can at all be undone.

I have been meaning to visit dr Nyla’s clinic in Mayfair for a long time. I was recommended by my friends and read loads of brilliant reviews. I’ve only ever heard good things! 2 of my friends had the ULTRAcel treatment (and other treatments) and they looked incredible! Finally managed to get an appointment on a day i could visit. The customer service was amazing! I was really nervous but everyone i spoke to was lovely and reassuring. I initially spoke to a lovely girl, she was really chilled out and chatty. The nurse that did my treatment was amazing, she went through everything with me and we had such a nice normal conversation. What i loved about it was that i was able to just have casual conversation whilst i was having my treatment, helped me with my nerves. Everyone was really informative. I was able to meet Dr Nyla and she was absolutely lovely! She really cares about her clients and takes the time to have a chat too. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. I instantly saw a result! I felt really emotional after. Honestly it’s made such a difference and the best of it hasn’t even come out yet. This has given me soooo much confidence you wouldn’t believe!! Again, thank you so much!
