Having my follow up review and revisiting the wonderful Dr Nyla and her team is one of the best parts of the experience - the compete journey from start to finish is faultless and highly professional but going back to a review appointment has to be my favourite part as you can see a clear difference and the results are alway amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and would always recommend this clinic ( winner of the 2019 award for the best clinic and also selected for the safety in beauty award 2021) Dr Nyla and her team really go that extra mile to ensure her patients come first and only recommend treatments that are needed/ recommended for you to achieve the best possible result. There is alway enough information given, before and after treatments making you feel confident about the process and the results are amazing every time! The whole team are always very helpful And efficient with all Covid measures in place and brilliant service. I really can’t recommend this clinic enough!

Sophie was extremely professional and helpful and been my first time having this treatment I wasn't sure what to expect she made me feel really at ease and made the treatment comfortable for me. It's been 3 months since my skin tightening course and I'm absolutely delighted with results. My skin looks very fresh and I hardly see any wrinkles on my eyes and forehead. I visited Dr Nyla at the medi spa in Cheshire as I had concerns with my ageing skin as I am into my 30s now and I feel I need some help to improve the appearance. The clinic itself is fabulous! The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful, a lovely guy Asked would I like a coffee while I wait for my appointment. When Meeting Dr Nyla on my consultation she was very professional, educated and actually really beautiful, I was recommended a course of Exilis Elite which would help to tighten my skin by using radio frequency also it would help to give my confidence a massive boost as I have been feeling reallt down since being in lockdown. Dr Nyla reassured me that the treatments they provide are FDA approved and have amazing results. After seeing the results of Judy Murray's procedure in the press from Morpheus 8, I googled where I could get it done local to me and Dr Nyla was the first result that came up. I came in for a consultation and was recommended a course of 3 sessions. Unfortunately I was unable to have treatment on the day due to time constraints so I booked in for the following week, sadly a few days after we went back into lockdown and I was unable to start my treatment. Since they've now reopened I've been able to have the first of my 3 sessions and I can already see an improvement! Usually I would wait till I had finished a treatment to post a review but I've had such a lovely experience so far I couldn't wait!

Came to Doctor Nyla as I was worried about some stubborn areas of fat that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. I was invited for a free consultation with Dr Nyla herself. She talked me through the treatment she was recommending which was something called coolsculpting. She explained that the results would be permanent which I thought too good to be true but here we are months on and I’m pleased to say that she was right!

Wow! What an amazing place . I’d researched on the web and chosen this clinic for its good reviews. I was a little apprehensive on my first visit. The location and high quality reputation made me anxious that I would feel out of place and it would be too posh for me, but I honestly can say my worries soon faded as I walked through the door and was met with a huge welcome from Aaron. What a lovely guy. He’s an asset to them. First impressions count and he made me feel extremely relaxed as he checked me in and discussed my imminent appointment. I then met Doctor Nyla and was taken aback by one, how amazing she looks but two, most importantly, how she listened to me, and how she has this ability to make you feel at ease . She added a very personal touch to it. She actually does care about how you feel and any worries you may have. She spent time discussing the treatments and I felt like I understood what I would be having. She was thorough. During my visit I met so many nice warm welcoming members of staff and I really felt like a princess. They all gave me so much attention, looking after me, explaining what they were doing so I relaxed. I felt by the end of it totally pampered! Elsa, Jennifer, Chiara, Natalie thank you so much for making me feel special. This isn’t just a beauty clinic like any other. This is an experience that I would definitely recommend. Can't wait for my appointment after lockdown. I've been a client at Medispa for several years now and I always receive exceptional service each and every time. The staff are warm and friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Dr Nyla always makes time to ask how I am and genuinely cares about her patients. I called up today to book in for my lip filler but unfortunately Boris has said no. I’ve been coming to the Medispa for over eight years now and once a year I come for my regular top up with the lovely Nurse Debbie. She really is an absolute expert in her field. She does a really good consultation and really makes you understand the risks of this treatment as well as the benefits. I think in so many places this doesn’t always happen. In my experience I think it’s so important to go to a place where there are doctors are nurses who don’t just do treatments to make some money but clearly love what they do and they want you to be fully involved in the procedure and to make decisions rather than them just tell you what to do. They always give you really good after-care advice and give you a form which the email as well as give you in person. Nurse Debbie always goes through all of the after-care advice with me just in case I forget which clearly being a busy mum of three sometimes can be the case. I have to say I really would recommend anybody who has never had lip filler or somebody who is going to have a lip filler procedure and is not happy with the appearance to try the Medispa. You see so many bad lip fillers even at my work I see people I’ve got filler above their lip at the side of the lip they have blue discoloured lips and I always tell everybody where I go because nobody can ever tell that I have lip filler they just think I’ve got naturally full volume of slips and I was born this way! Haha ! I am really quite sad that I cannot have my lip filler treatment done right now but I do understand because of the pandemic we have to all be conscientious regarding spreading the infection. However having had a facial at Medispa in December when there was no lockdown I saw that the girls were wearing full PPE as this is like a medical organisation and they had body imaging cameras as well as sanitisers everywhere all the staff were extremely health and hygiene conscious so I find it a bit unusual that we can’t have a normal procedures done because surely me not having my lip filler helps my mental well-being. When my lips were really really slim it really affected my self-confidence I have put my case forward as this is not just about me looking like I’ve got bigger lips however I’m waiting to hear back from the manager managers at Medispa unfortunately for now they have advised me that this treatment comes in to beautification and on this occasion I have to wait to be seen till the 12th of April now! Thanks Boris for yet again for ruining 2021 however I do understand that Medispa have to act ethically and do the correct thing. To be honest they are worth waiting for because Nurse Debby does the best lip treatment. Can’t wait to see you all I’ll be stood at the door at 9 am on the 12th of April.

Finally got my long awaited appointment for ultracel and I cannot believe the difference! It’s honestly the best advice I could have received ! This place is so different to other clinics They don’t push fillers like everyone else in Cheshire and they really understand . Attended yesterday and Covid safety was the most important thing! Had temperature scanners , 2m distancing , all staff in full PPE I genuinely felt like I was in a hospital ! Have to say Dr Nyla is absolutely the loveliest doctor I have ever met. She’s so compassionate And genuinely cares! Nurse Kim was adorable too Loved my treatment and will be back in a year for my top up ! Highly recommend for subtle natural but effective results !

There is no other clinic I would recommend. Dr nyla and her staff are so professional and couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable. im in management myself in cosmetic industry, so you know what great practice is when you see it and medi spa offers this to highest standards. Dr nyla took the time to talk me through my procedures and I felt 100% safe in her hands when my procedure was being done. It was pain free and my results are amazing. I visited Dr Nyla around October last year as I was after a fresher look. First of all the clinic is beautiful and very calming. The staff are also absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. Their Covid protocols are very apparent (temperature taken at door before entry, all staff wearing protective visors) and this is also very reassuring. I had a chat with Dr Nyla as I was unsure what treatment I was after, and so I was looking for some guidance. Dr Nyla talked me through some options and it quickly became very apparent that her knowledge of skin care and procedures is second to none. She knew exactly what to recommend, the pros and cons of each procedure and I was really impressed with her honesty and transparency. For example we discussed skin tightening and skin lifting as possible options. I would have been happy to pay the extra money for the skin lifting treatment (as this is quite a bit more expensive), but Dr Nyla felt skin tightening would be enough. I found Dr Nyla to be a real breath of fresh air and I can see why she has earned the trust of so many high profile clients. I have now completed the full course and I am delighted with the results. My friends and family keep telling me how good I look and what I have had done and it is all down to Dr Nyla and her very talented staff.
