I would recommend this company to anyone Ordered hose for powerwasher and it came before the recommended time.I would have to say that's a first. Other companies have been late and the excuse is always covid.

Although a part was missing which meant the cable would not connect to the pressure washer, I was able to easily get through on the phone and Chris was very helpful and able to solve the problem - so now we are able to continue using the pressure washer instead of just taking it to the dump. So 5* for customer support but took a star off as the packaging people failed to include the needed screw fitting

The snow foam lance arrived well packaged and on time. Someone had already screwed the Vax pressure washer adapter in place and when I tried to connect it to my hand trigger on my washer it fitted perfectly. The mechanism is metal and apprears to be well made. It's brass and feels substantial. To be fair, I've not used it yet as it was only delivered a couple of days ago, but I have every confidence that it will do a good job of hurtling snow foam onto our two vehicles when I get round to use lt.
