First class service. Needed a new Karcher power wash hose, but was not sure which one order, so called Cleantec and received very friendly and helpful advice and was able to order on phone. Hose arrived sooner than expected and appears better quality than original.The price was very good also.

No communication of delivery date so didn't know when to expect. Otherwise all good.

Feels like a great hose I haven’t used it yet however the quality and the fittings are top notch! I did call the team to see when my order was expected only as it was ordered over the long bank holiday weekend (Easter) but it arrived on time was so happy! Edit: After using the the hose a few times it’s great so much better then the original one, the only recommendation I have is if you already have a stubby gun without a swivel, then either replace it or order the swivel for it. It would make cleaning the wheel arches on your car so much easier! Again that’s my fault for getting a stubby gun before getting the hose without the swivel!
