I ordered an extension hose for my karcher hds 6/12c hot washer complete with an adapter to suit the easy lock connection. When the hose arrived, there was no adapter and obviously the hose would not fit because the connections where different. When I emailed to see what they could do to help me and see if there was another adapter suitable, they replied and said “sorry our hose isn’t suitable for your machine. Horse can be returned”! That’s more expense for me to post the hose back!! It clearly states on their website that the adapter is for the easy lock connector! An adapter that I didn’t even get yet I paid £14.45 for!! I wasn’t worried about not receiving the adapter! I just wanted them to send me another adapter but to turn round and say the hose isn’t suitable is just ridiculous!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

I purchased this hose from other reviewers on YouTube. I have a Karcher K2 basic power washer. This hose arrived very fast. Top quality..the connections at both ends are very good. Fits the washer no problem. It makes my car washing experience more fun..as now there is no tangling of the hose and I can leave the washer and power far away from the cars. I just walk around with the hose. The best upgrade I have made with my pressure washer. My advice just bin the original karcher hose and get this.

Amazing from start to finish. I wanted an extension hose for my Karcher K4 and was reluctant to buy a cheap one off eBay, but I’m so glad I spent the extra as it’s all worth it. The hose is incredible quality and after a few quick tests seems really durable so far.
