Just wasted my 50 euro for a three year IDP with ITCA.I wanted this to ride in Vietnam where 1968 version IDP is needed along with license.They sent me 1949 version and refused to provide 1968 version.What a total waste of hard earned money. Edit - 22 Jan - GRN number as requested "GRN202-569-10059".I will not share my email id here. Edit - 27 Jan - Why do you charge money if you are not able to provide relevant IDP for the country ? I clearly included the country where i intended to ride.I have the application email which includes these details.You are taking money even though you are unable to provide relevant document.It's called cheating. Edit -16 feb - updated review due to accountability of the issues through email. A refund has been processed and the ITCA team were quite apologetic about the whole issue and ordeal.Appreciate that the team communicated promptly and closed the issue.Thanks

Excellent same day service. After a minor issue it was resolved after exchanging 3 emails. All in all top !!

I would recommend not using this service, they are unresponsive and not a UK registered company. I had an issue while filing my application, which I had highlighted immediately after filing, for which more than half a dozen mails were exchanged over the course of 3 days but failed to find a swift resolution, Steve wrote back from UK understanding the issue fairly, while their team was to follow up but failed to understand or look into the details carefully, and my application has been left hanging ever since. They are fairly uncoordinated, there is no sense of urgency and none of their contact nos. work. These contact nos. provided on their website are with UK codes while this organisation is registered as Strong Emlak LTD. In Turkey VAT NO TR-7690748865 ​They are conducting printing and shipping by three companies: . Mr Steve Brwon in the UK. . Moayed AL MOMTAZ LTD. Co. in Turkey. . Gaurang Thakkar Co. in Malaysia. . Reliance Borneo Global SND BHD. CO. in India. There is no accountability on their part, I would recommend not using this service.

Incapable d'écrire une adresse correctement et incapable de changer de moyens d'envois. Service client déplorable qui se permet d'infantiliser ses clients. Bilan j'ai perdu 170€ ..... C'est bien ce que je disais, grosse arnaque. Il suffit de lire leur réponse : - je ne parle pas anglais. - et je dois contacter moi même DHL, alors que j'ai payé un service. La blague le client qui s'occupe de son envoi, si vous voulez je peux imprimer le permis aussi 😂😂😂. Rendez moi mon argent s'il vous plaît.

They responded quickly to my online order and informed me that online IDP would not work in Japan which is where I needed it for. They gave me the option for refund and on request, they refunded the amount too, after one short reminder. Overall, happy with the service!

John, my representative from the UK is why our experience was great! He took the time to allow me to explain my issue without interrupting me. I was trying to have an issue resolved for both me and my wife while traveling and driving in Europe. I was in a panic because I had already paid for both of our services and wanted the issue resolved before shipment to me. After John listened to my request. He repeated my request back to me to assure me that we both understood each other. He provided a couple of options available to me and asked me to decide on which one. He explained how he was going to have the ITCA team resolve our issues. John was very personable (unlike an AI, or a helpdesk representative speaking from an instructions guide) and had a great sense of humor. I would gladly buy John a couple of pints over some fish and chips someday. I called and emailed my request to the posted number a few times in the last 2 days. Yesterday, I realized that I had been trying to contact ITCA either before or after their posted work hours for their country. Even though my local time was during their posted hours but in a different country. This was my mistake, not theirs. I also read on the ITCA website that an email response could take a few days due to them being super busy, especially this time of year for the holiday season. Today, after feeling like an idiot, I called at 10:15 am UK time and John answered the call almost immediately. Even after the WhatsApp call, he contacted us to provide the status of our order with the requested changes. Truly amazing!! We would love to work for a company like ITCA If the company culture is like John's performance today. John, you provided excellent customer service, and patience, second to none. I received the IDP on time. However, it did not work for me. But the people at ITCA assured me that it was a one-off experience and they will look into why that happened. They also gave me full refund.

Service offered is very good. i opted for 15mins soft copy which is i got with in that time, now i need to check holds valid in South Africa and in other countries

Opted for the 15 Minutes Express IDL and it still took 9 hours for them to produce the document, which ended up being completely wrong. I am an Austrian citizen and wanted to drive in Australia. They mixed it up throughout the document and it now says I am Australian and the document is eligible everywhere except Australia. Tried to contact them for more than 24hours, never reached a soul. Completely useless service.

No postal tracking number has been received even after 4 days of applying. Opted for urgent processing, but it was of no use. Multiple emails to support are not getting answered. Whatsapp pings are totally ignored. Application number: GRN200-569-4327
