Actually I’m applied for a wrong category of ITCA card.Then when I know that suddenly I send them a msg for them. Within a one hour I got the right one I need.So I appreciate that and I’m very happy when I received. Thank you for your fullest support.

I was stopped by police and due to a recent rule change the IDP became mandatory in the country I was visiting without my knowledge. I was lucky enough to find the ITCA website and applied for an emergency IDP which I received promptly. Suffice it to say they helped me avert a major crisis and severe complications with the police. They were closed(not so clear what time zone they are basing working hours off of) so my application wasn't being answered in the 15 minutes as the site promised. However, someone answered through the phone number listed for whatsapp(link didn't work and calling the number with phone didn't work, but copy/pasting the number into whatsapp did). The man who helped let me know they were closed, but he called a center to see if they could put my international license through since I ordered to be "urgent". It took another half an hour, but they sent it by email and I was able to rent the car I had paid for, but denied because I didn't have the International license(Spain). So, website a bit unclear, but their service was great and it worked for me!

There was some tollerable delays due to corrections. The selection of Catagory of vehicle allowed to select only one category of vehicle and it is confusing. But over all you can trust them. Even if something goes wrong they will respond and help you.

When i have done my application for inter national licence I have got some mistake from my side. But when I contact ITCA support service , they have helped me to clear it . Such a wonderful experience. Really amazing

I took the service on Wednesday, I got a mail that my license will be received in 48hrs but till now no update.. I already started my journey

Everytime I email them I get a automated email telling me to use WhatsApp. So I use WhatsApp and its got an automated reply saying "Thank you for your message we will respond as soon as possible, unless you pay for Sat Sun service. We will respond as soon as possible" - But I get that message all the time, during weekdays too. I came on here since I was thinking I had been scammed. I think genuine since its a .ORG, so should be ok. I think they need to invest in a proper CRM and get some staff
