Received a message letting me know when Mick (engineer) was on his way and he arrived on time. Asked me what my issue was with the boiler, I explained and he immediately told me what it was, explained in great detail and resolved the issue within minutes. Mick then serviced my boiler and explained what he was looking for and the common faults. Very friendly and very informative. Thank you.

Fully explained what he was going to do and why and fully ensured everything was working correctly before he left. My 86 year old Dad phoned me to say his bathroom sink tap wasn’t working. I’m no plumber but rang and spoke to SallyAnne. She was amazing and so was Ethan. They went above and beyond. Amazing service. Can’t fault them
