We have had a full heating installation completed by Dave and Ethan. The lads have been great, explained what they were doing at each stage. Very neat and tidy workmanship. Even got the job done sooner than anticipated which was a bonus.

Review Reason for choice I found PlumbGas via good reviews and their web-site. Initial contact My phone call was answered quickly. The person to whom I spoke (Sally-Ann) was friendly and helpful. She understood what was needed, (new ball valve and new push button flush valve for toilet cistern) and asked relevant questions, (including whether it was the only toilet in the house). I was told that they could do the job, and when; together with the call out and first hour charge, including VAT. Before the visit A date was suggested for the appointment and, in minutes, this was confirmed by email - including anticipated arrival time, naming the plumber and telling me that I would receive a call before arrival. The job The plumber, Ryan, phoned before arrival, he brought all the necessary parts, knew just what he was doing, was very efficient and did an excellent job of replacing all the toilet mechanisms as I had requested. Ryan was skilled, very personable and helpful. He was a good representative for the Company. The components used were of a good standard and were guaranteed, as is the work. Ryan cleaned up where he had been working and left no mess behind; I was happy to put the old components etc in our bin Completion I preferred to pay straight away, this was taken by card and a receipt sent to my email address immediately. I think that a quality job was done which gave good value for money. Summary I found the whole operation to be very professional. The Company and its staff definitely exceeded my expectations. I would certainly use PlumbGas again and highly recommend the Company.

Oliver Stark and Dave Owen came out to do so many jobs around the house, whilst fitting in a new boiler, after we bought it. Really nice lads, they couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too big of an issue.

Called Plumbgas during the Christmas period as my father in laws boiler had broken meaning no heating or hot water. Even though they were covered by Homeserve they couldn’t get it sorted for almost 4 weeks!! A quick call to Plumbgas, who went above and beyond, meant an engineer was on site within 24 hours. Dave came out and fitted a new shower, he was very polite, tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the job, also a big thank you to Sally Ann who helped get the job done do quickly and also Dave who managed to fit us in, have used this company many times and have not been disappointed ..

We were left without heating when our old boiler finally stopped working. Plumbgas came out immediately and did try to repair the old one. But it was beyond repair. A new boiler was ordered and delivered and installed without a single hitch. The two installers were professional and efficient and even cleaned up afterwards. My elderly mother had a problem with her boiler…I called Plumgas who sent an engineer out that afternoon. He couldn’t fix the problem but when I called and spoke to Sally Anne to say mom had no hot water now she phoned Baxi for me and an engineer was sent out that afternoon …the boiler was fixed in half an hour. Brilliant service from Plumgas again…

What a fantastic company nothing is to much for them. They have just fitted our village hall with a heating system fit for a king. They spent many hour crawling in and out of our small cellar fitting it and making sure it was working like clockwork. Big clap on the back for Clive. Thank you all
