The order did eventually arrive by Fedex when repeated. The website repeatedly refused to take the money from my account when I first tried to order it. After a few days and it was finally possible to place and pay for the order. It was not dispatched over the Christmas period (24/12 - 2/1) but when sent on 3/Jan it arrived the next day.
