Sure it finds the deleted Canon .CR3 images shot with Canon 1D X Mk III and recovers them, but most of them are useless, since they cannot be opened anymore. Is the issue with CR3, I do not know, but the result is a about a ton of useless files.

Ik heb de schijf opgestuurd naar Stellar, die eerste een diagnose heeft gemaakt om daarna aan de slag te slaan met mijn schijf. Ik vond de voorlichting evenals de verdere communicatie in het traject van herstel van de schijf en het traceren van mijn data meer dan uitstekend. Mijn gegevens bleken niet meer te achterhalen maar dat ligt zeker niet aan Stellar. Daarnaast wil ik nog de afwikkeling van 'no cure, no pay' aanbevelen bij dit bedrijf. Mijn gegevens bleken niet meer te achterhalen. Het bedrijf heeft veel energie gestoken in het proberen te achterhalen van mijn gegevens en geen gezeur over het betalen van kosten die zij gemaakt hebben. Een aanrader.

Australia | 21 August 2024Stellar Converter for OST does not load to 365 from domain computers. This company told me this after I purchased the product then kept wasting my time making me go through unnecessary tech support processes all the while knowing it can never work. "Why are we doing this you've told me it cannot work?" "Oh please sir we have to follow the process" No refund available until all time wasting is complete. I gave in after 8 hours of "tech support", I've got an actual job to do. I guess my time is worth more than theirs, which is what they are banking on when wasting it. Terrible experience. Not recommended. Feels like being scammed.

United Kingdom | 13 August 2024Stellar was not sucessful in recovering my data. I did not receive an activation code but Support Services were helpful. I then had a software activation key issue and it asked me to enter my bitlocker key. I requested the auto-renewal (automatic billing) option for your Stellar Data Recovery for Windows license to be cancelled but they did not do this. I doubled checked on line this at a later date and was disappointed to see that they had not cancelled this even though the support assistant said they would. I successfully cancelled the auto renewal online myself. I am wondering if I could have just used one of the other free trial software on the market instead.

He was very kind and helpful, as he walked me through what I was doing. He helped me find the activation code, he was patience with me when I was creating folders for my things, and he helped me understand what I needed to do when I was trying to re-open the program. He performed his job very well, and it is likely that I would still be having issues without his help.
