I downloaded their Stellar Photo Recovery for Mac product. I am not an IT person, at all. I found the product to be straight forward and intuitive to use. I recovered photos I lost when I purchased my last device that I forgot I had lost! In the frustration of losing all my photos of my grandchildren, I also managed to purchase the product twice. I called their Customer Service support phone number and within 30 seconds, Deepak Rana picked up the phone. He was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and calm. He walked me through steps via phone and emails. My computer was slow and he had to wait for me for a long time for each step. He issued me a new offline activation code that worked. I was very amazed at how patience he was. He is definitely an asset for Stellar.
