The service from PestFix was unbeatable. My order was dispatched within a couple of hours of it's being placed. Unfortunately the courier - DPD - didn't seem to understand what our postbox was for - despite their text message stating that I didn't need to be in to have the order delivered. As it happens we WERE in, but the delivery driver took it back to the depot. I had to go to the post office - twice - before I could collect it. PestFix offered to refund the money I'd paid for next day delivery.

I dealt with Julie and she was very helpful in suggesting some training courses my team could go on she even managed to arrange a course earlier than advertised which I thought was fantastic service. Tubs are convenient, blocks are efficient does the job intended within a couple ofdays, better than the red bloks. So Good product. However reading at their advertising and labels I mistakenly thought the tubs had 25blocks in them. But they actually have only 17 blocks in them. They have the weight 300grams on the tubs which is right, but as I said I thought I was buying 25blocks it says 25 on the tubs and in their advertising which is misleading, I bought 2 tubs expecting to have 50blocks in total Not 34. Disapointed.
