Delivery was very quick and all elements for the pidgeon deterent wiring were included. However, guidance on installation is minimal, I found much more helpful & detailed info. on other supplier's web sites. I haven't done installation yet but I'm concerned that the posts have no positive fixing into the base and come out very easily. I think they could easily be pulled out by a birds wing & I don't want to be getting on the roof again to fix them. I'll be contacting PestFix to discuss.

Swift delivery but a couple of bits came in the kit and no clues as to what they were for ,an email quickly got the answer. Catches wasps but not as many as hoped yet.

I bought a plastic falcon from this company in order to scare away some pigeons from under my carport. The product arrived within a few days no problem but the plastic fixing lugs used to attach the wings to the body snapped off and I had to glue the 2 pieces together. The string suspension was rather frail and I substituted a stainless steel wire for it. I have had some success in keeping the pigeons away by moving the falcon around the carport but they still come in at the other end and dirty the slabs.
