I ordered 4 Tenergy 9V batteries, and you never let me know that the batteries were NOT in stock. When I contacted you a week later you said that you would send a email with the tracking number when the batteries were sent out, you did not do that either. Excellent product, terrible service. JLK

I went to Best Buy to obtain some new Hixon batteries for my ARLO security cameras. However Best Buy no longer carried these batteries and I attempted to replacement them by obtaining batteries from Prime - a large on-line provider. After attempting to charge these batteries, the battery charger blew up along with several of the new batteries. I contacted ARLO and Prime and ARLO is able to replace the charger and batteries and Prime is replacing the cost. Thank you very much.

I have used the same Tenergy power batteries for four years without any problems. I am finally replacing the original set. Could not be more pleased

Excellent customer service!!

The product (in the past) has been good. But ordering this time was very slow. The person they assigned to assist was unhelpful (and possibly detrimental). When I ordered online (after getting some help), there was nothing saying there's a very expensive hazmat fee for sending batteries 2nd day air. So we lost one or two days (time is critical and I let them know that). Also, it shouldn't take 6 days to get to the middle of the country by Ground. At least one courier company can get a package delivered by ground anywhere in the country in 4 days. To be fair, that may have changed with supply-chain issues. But many of these issues could be fixed.

I ordered my stuff and I received it in the mail. One of the packages of batteries case was busted when I got it, but the batteries were ok.

I realized the Christmas that the cost of replacement AA and AAA batteries was excessive, so I thought I'd give rechargeables a try. I had a recommendation for the Tenergy Centura since they retain their charge better than others, So I gave them a try. The package (batteries and charger) arrived quickly and well packaged. The charger has a nice solid feel to it. I have now charged all 16 of the batteries, and am ready to give them a try. I might add that the website proved to be easy to navigate, so getting them ordered was no problem. Considering what I ordered and how well they were packaged, I think the shipping charge was quite reasonable.

This is my second order and very pleased with the charger and the battery life on both the AA and AAA batteries

Been using Tenergy batteries for many yrs for my trail cameras they just plain do the job can’t say how many times I’ve recharged them but can say I’ve gotten many seasons out of them.
