I placed my order on Monday evening and received it on Thursday morning. I am very pleased with the service and the products. I ordered a charger and rechargeable batteries for my Arlo security cameras. Very good prices.

Last 2 orders I have gotten 4 batteries for arlo camera, both of those orders one of the batteries died and wouldn't hold a charge after 2 or 3 charges ,so I'm trying one more time with this order ,if happens again I'm done with the company.

Initially, there was an issue with my billing address and the website. I email and called multiple times and never heard from anyone. Weeks later I called again and left another message and finally got an email back saying to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and the order finally was placed. I never received a confirmation email in regards to my order, so I had to call back and request one. I placed the order on July 19th and was told two weeks for it to be built and shipped. I never heard anything after that. On August 13th, after calling and not being able to get someone, I emailed again, asking about the status of my order, since I had yet to receive shipping information. Five days later, I got an email stating that there had been an issue with my order and it was never put through. I was given the option to cancel my order or to have it express built and shipped. I was weighing my options because honestly, I no longer wish to work with your company and today, adding insult to injury considering your email response time, I got another email telling me a decision was needed about whether or not I wanted to cancel or have the product shipped. I need a number of these batteries over the next few years for a project and I will definitely be ordering them from somewhere else based on my experience with your services so far.
