This website is a scam - AVOID. I ordered a product one month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Fake tracking information. No communication whatsoever as to why the product didn’t arrive. Absolutely terrible customer service and unprofessional replies to my queries that didn’t match up to the overall ethos of the company. Save your time and money - there are much better smaller businesses offering a much better experience.

Had a great experience at Cave and the staff were very helpful in helping me choose a Thobe, especially the Brother who was very attentive and patient with me. He was very helpful with sizing too. Their range of Mens Thobes is very good and unique and fairly priced. I love testing out their perfume. Mashallah amazing place Highly recommended to pay a visit.

i got a completely different item sent to me. what a joke. and i have a wedding tomorrow and i really needed a slip dress! ordered a slip dress and got this instead!

Brilliant company and more so the staff and owner are amazing. Me and my mate had a hiccup with my order online and needed the thobe urgently. The staff member in cave took this into consideration and tried her best to accomadate for our needs. Luckily the owner of cave was there and he assisted in helping us and went the extra mile by checking his warehouse for any other thobe he could send out to us with next day delivery. He showed us all thobes that were available and was willing to ship it out with next day delivery to save us from coming to London from Manchester. These guys don’t treat you like customers they treat you like family and try their utmost best to accommodate your needs. Honestly only get your thobes from cave because this little extra makes a huge impact and have never seen this type of service from elsewhere.

Be careful sisters. Cave sells abayas with belts. Tightening these and showing the shape of your breasts to other men is totally impermissible, and Allah knows best. Don't exchange your deen for dunya.

Bad experience. Maybe if the company focussed on the customer when things go wrong and not messed the customer about then that would be valuable.

The best Creed Aventus fragrance I have smelt exists in this store! The best thobes and other accessories at Cave. The Quality can’t be matched or questioned here at Cave because it’s too notch and it’s better to pay that extra for quality in life. Take this life tip of advice. I highly recommend Cave London, always helpful customer service, polite and attentive to your needs.

Rifa was really helpful, excellent customer service

I’ve been using the Caves satin under caps and it’s helped my hair a lot! I had major hair fall out and nothing was helping me. But then a friend recommended satin hijab under caps I got one from Amazon for £15 and it wasn’t helping me at all but then I came across the cave and invested in a better quality one. I often have my hijab on for over 12hrs a day and within a week I saw the difference. The quality the material everything is 10/10. I highly recommend the cave for your hijab under caps! They also have a lovely range of perfumes! Belgravia Oud is a must! Lastly customer service is amazing! I met sister Rifa and she was amazing and super lovely. Sister Rifa if you read this thank you so much for your help and advice throughout the time I was at the store! A nice shop with a unique variety of clothing, accessories, fragrances & other goods. I love the Oman Oud Oil. This time I was served by brother Amri who is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service. Al Noor thoubes/jubbas are pleasing to the eye but Polyester is not the best material.

I went to cave today, from the moment I walked in the treatment was very nice, the girl who was attending was very kind and friendly to me. She helped me choose the hijabs that suited me best, she was really lovely when I asked for help with different styles of hijab as I have just started wearing it. I bought 3 scarves and an undercap which I love!!! The quality of the scarves are unbeatable. And they have a great variety of colours. I will definitely be back for more!
