The dissolution process was smooth up until the passport upload. After the system wouldn’t confirm it was me, despite all details being correct, it had a message suggesting they’d be in touch to confirm my ID. Heard nothing, so assumed all good, but 6 weeks later nothing had happened, so contacted them by email (the telephone number is useless and probably unmanned as it was always automated, as everyone was busy apparently). Received an email from Victor, suggesting it was because my application was incomplete and now to process it they’d need more money as the fee had increased. So I can’t upload a picture of my passport as it keeps rejecting it, nobody will speak to me on the phone and won’t call me back, plus they want more money…AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
