These guys are not Companies House. It costs £13 to file a confirmation statement yourself. Doing it through them will cost you roughly £50. As long as you can quote your order ID and they havent carried out the order yet, you can get a refund. They were helpful enough to process my refund instantly via the chat.

I made a mistake of paying for the wrong product and my money was refunded within hours. Straight forward to fill online fillings, time efficient!
